HORRIBLE! FRAUD! Aqua Chiro closed most of the year due to COVID-19. They charged my account monthly, but were closed so I could not stop the payments. I had 4 services on my account worth $200.00 over a period of time. I called and had a massage booked, but an employee got Covid so they closed, again. I had another appt booked and the therapist quit, so my appt got cancelled AGAIN!! I finally said screw this I want my money back instead of their services. They moved locations, wiped everyone's account with their new system and don't have record of my 4 treatments I had available so they wont give me my $200 back. They STOLE money from me, the business committed FRAUD. They said my treatments cancelled after a year of non use... WELL YOU WERE CLOSED BECAUSE OF COVID, DUH... that's not my problem!! Also, it's not stated anywhere, nor did anyone tell me my services only last a year. I was a loyal customer to them for over 2 years. I gave them my bank statements trying to prove what I paid for, and the previous office manager also confirmed weeks before this happened that I had 4 treatments on my account before they wiped their systems... They tried to offer me 2 treatments... but why would I want to go to a business who treats their customers so badly!? I want my $200 back! Not for you to wipe everyone's account and steal peoples money and play dumb! Has this happened to anyone else? This is ridiculous! I would never suggest to ever go to a business like this. I hear their employees quit all the time too, so something is not right with this place. DO NOT GO HERE! GO to a different chiropractor or massage place for your sanity and your money!
I recommend this facility all the time for the massage services as well as the chiropractic. I had an awesome experience with them. I went to regular treatment for over a year. Whenever I needed to get in for an emergency adjustment the staff always got me in as soon as possible. If you're looking for chiropractic services or a great Spa this is the place for you. Dr. Dan and his staff are the cream of the crop!
My first and last visit there. I had not been to a chiropractor in a long time. The chiropractic adjustment and the therapy were helpful, and the doctor and therapist were both very competent. I cannot say the same about the front end people. They could not answer the simplest of questions; they wasted 30 minutes of my time. While I was trying to find out insurance information, all they kept doing was pushing membership for me and my wife. I hate to say they were incompetent, but they sure appeared to be; very unorganized.
Hands down the best experience of my live. I have severe fibromyalgia and in one hour they did more for my pain than 8 years of doctors ever have lol. My husband is also a service member who is always achey from his job and i even got him to go for a couples massage with me once and he enjoyed himself so much. We will be customers forever!
Being in the military, I have found it incredibly hard to find some sort of relief for my back pain. After training pains can be fixed here with complete satisfaction. I have been coming here since January and send anyone who needs help this way. Headaches, aches, pains, strains, even upper respiratory infections!! It's wild how much his care can fix. Dr. Dan and his staff have been a blessing that I stumbled upon one afternoon. They have stayed hours late to fix me up and the membership gets you discounted and complimentary rates for both the spa and chiropractic side of the house. You WANT to come here. Give it a chance, and you will not regret it. The spa staff does a stellar job and offers multiple different types of massages, from chocolate to deep tissue, they are all way above what you could ever expect.
I have the monthly auto pay with Pure Bliss and let me tell you that if it wasn't so cheap I wouldn't ever return. The staff is unprofessional and always changing. Every month I have a different massage therapist. Last time I was brought back 5 minutes after the hour, she finished at 50 minutes past the hour; how does that equal one hour??? The front desk staff will say "send me an email to remind me" whenever you have a concern. Excuse me? Who is the customer! You never know what you're going to get here. I've tried to cancel my membership but when I send an email she doesn't get it...surprise, surprise....With this place, you get what you pay for.
I walked into Aqua Chiropractic & Day Spa 2 years ago and from the moment I walked in I fell in love with this place. I loved it so much that I decided to apply and get a job there. I've learned so much from Aqua and I've referred my whole family to come in and have a life changing experience. All of our patients and clients are very appreciative of what we do for them. It is nice to be able to walk into a Spa where people greet you and welcome you with hot tea, fruit water, coconut water and even pastries sometimes. Thank you Aqua for bringing Wellness into my life and a positive experience every day. :
Dr. Dan is amazing!! He has been helping me with my back pain due to scoliosis for a couple of months now and my pain has significantly improved. I was very lucky to find a doctor that actually cares about my health.
I'm very happy with my choice with Dr Dan & his crew . I felt like I was with my dearest friends every one in the office was amazing & he did a great job & so did Anthony his manager/ right hand .
