I purchased my first hot tub from Aqua pro and they have been very helpful throughout the whole process.

I purchased a fireplace insert recently at the Timberlake location and am very pleased with the transaction.  The salesperson was very knowledgeable,   The demo fireplaces provided actual working models so I could compare the heat output and visual effects.   The pricing seemed very reasonable.

My two experiences with this shop were awful. And I am not one to write reviews. My first time in the store, I waited for about 35 minutes to be acknowledged by the sales team. It’s a VERY small storefront with very poor inventory selection. Nevertheless, I had a lot of questions about fireplace inserts. I waited and waited and waited. After 35 minutes it was evident the two sales members were consumed by the one other customer in the store. They never even acknowledged us two of us even though I was standing right next to them, clearly waiting “my turn.” So we left.  Fast forward many months and I had purchased a fireplace insert from another dealer. I called Aqua Pros about scheduling an estimate for installation. The sales agent who returned my call, as soon as he heard I had already purchased a unit, was rude and dismissive. His tone changed immediately and he said he’s too busy to schedule “non-customers.” I needed to ask him another question or two about the installation/estimate process so he could schedule me when they were “not too busy” and he replied “ma’am. I have about twenty more phone calls to make tonight. So if you’re not a customer I don’t have time to answer your questions.” I can not believe the rudeness and I competence of the staff there. I would never NEVER recommend Aqua Pros in Lynchburg/Forest area. Their customer service is rock bottom. Their inventory is abysmal. Total lack of professionalism. Be forewarned. I only gave two stars bc he actually returned my call

So professional, caring.  After having a pump problem and finding out I would get no help from the company that sold us the hot tub they stepped in.  There service department is top notch.  Thanks Bob for taking us on as a new customers.  You all have my business for now on.  Should of come here first…..

INCREDIBLY RUDE. The owner is thoughtless and does not put the costumer first. My family went here to buy an item for their grill and ask some questions about buying a hot tub. The owner of the store cut into the conversation the sales man was having with family and treated all of them with great disregard. Just because my family was not buying the hot tub that day. He called them a “waste of time” in front of staff and other customers. The sales man was only doing his job and only tried to help my family find the type/kind of hot tub they were looking for. I am surprised my family still made a purchase from this place. The employees were great but the owner is rude.

Andy has been so very helpful since we bought our hot tub.  He explains everything until we understand how to use it safely.  Bob was a pleasure to work with during the installation  and was quick & thorough with his work.  Every time we walk through the doors of Aqua Pros Andy or one of his coworkers  are quick to help us with what we need.  It's time to get your hot tub or pool from the wonderful people @ Aqua Pros of Lynchburg, VA .

Andy is an excellent salesman and I appreciated him sitting down with me on several occasions to make sure I understood the details about owning a hot tub. He was on top of the inventory as well; helping me get the tub way before the projected next delivery date.  He communicated well and I felt like he had my best interests at heart. I would recommend both Andy Rippel and Aqua Pros.

We called b/c the water wouldn't heat.This company took the diagnostic monies 150 for 15 mins work. Said it was the relay board and charged 673.92 before they could come out to replace it, then replaced twice b/c their 1st one was bad. The kicker, the water still wasn't heating and then they wanted another 900.00 to replace heater!! If they had been upfront from start, I could've invested in new tub. The owner was rude and staff was no better.

The team at Aqua Pros in Lynchburg have been a pleasure to work with. Andy was patient and informative throughout the entire process of purchasing our hot tub. My family loves the micro silk feature. My fiance has seen a noticeable difference in her skin, especially with her eczema. I would definitely recommend!

Aqua Pros in Lynchburg provided a great experience during my recent Hot Tub purchase. I worked with Andy Ripple throughout the entire process.  Andy was outstanding...he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was not one bit pushy.  He kept me informed from purchase thru delivery and set-up.  The store is clean and organized, and all staff members are extremely friendly.  John, the store manager, took time to introduce himself and offered assistance if needed.  These guys are 5-Star and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a Hot Tub.
