The casino seems to be kept up well on the casino floor. As well as the bathrooms on the casino floor. I love that it doesn't smell like cigarette smoke in there. The gift shop has a variety of different things in it and fun to look at. They have great discounts. up to 70 percent off some great quality clothing.Service: 5/5
I can't believe how greedy the cocktail waitresses are here, not once but twice I've had the same waitress bring my change back to me and she took way more then I told her to! last night she said I was mistaken and I was drinking so it's very probable but then it happened again just now and she said the same thing. cool me once Shame on me too me twice shame on you, do not trust the grave yard waitress who always where a bun in her hair. The manager on duty Saturday was awesome!! The bell men on Saturday was awesome they truly cared compared to the original check in employee. Beds are needing replacing big time felt like I was sleeping on springs.Rooms: 2/5
Casino vibe isn’t for me. The food was horrible at this location and any location for that manner. My parents wanted to go to Laughlin. Pros about this place is a clean room, nice pool, bed is comfortable, and beautiful river walk. Nice place to chill any where but inside the casino. Just not my thing. In my opinion, there should be more ice cream places that are exciting to go to and different. Hot weather calls for ice cream!!! Overall, stay was fine but couldn’t wait to leave. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Nearby activities: Jet skiing, river boat rides, river walk Safety: I felt safe at this location the entire time I was there.
We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't give the rooms a rating. The staff that we came in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. The casino is very nice with a large selection of slot machines to choose from.Service: 5/5
It was amazingly clean and welcoming. The employee's that they did have were nice to us. They are having problems with staffing, so I had to keep walking to the bar to get tiny bottles of water. It made it difficult to play much, but luckily, I had family with me to watch my machine.Rooms: 5/5
It was not bad of a place. Was pretty empty to be a weekend. We requested extra towels, and they were given right away. The hotel can use remodeling. The carpet looks dirty. The elevator makes some squeak noise. There is a subway, and McDonald's that's stays open pretty late.Rooms: 4/5
We've been coming here for years. The rates are good but the rooms could use a facelift but they are clean. The cafe has very good food you can tell it is made fresh. Nice service over all.Rooms: 3/5
I go to the Aquarius once a year. My experience it is usually a fun place to gamble. Not this time. Pretty much every slot machine I played was tight. I was there for 5 nights. Played for 4 day's. Not one slot paid anything. Very disappointed. Happy to leave there even or slightly under. But there is no winning....I'm sure I will be getting free rooms again. But the next time I will try my luck somewhere else....On a good note. River Walk Pizza & Pasta restaurant was absolutely delicious.... Rooms: The rooms are average. Not upgraded. Our first room was very dusty. Almost stepped on an earring stud. Front desk wasn't very apologetic about it. But they gave us another room.
