The room was nice, and we received good housekeeping service. The reason why people stay there is because of the beach. They had really nice chairs there, but we had to sit right on top of each other and between two hills. We weren't allowed to move the chairs onto the beach. Won't be revisiting.Rooms: 4/5
Stayed here for 3 nights, were skeptical when we pulled up to the place, but the rooms are truly gorgeous and a steal at the price. Full kitchens, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, really great. Rooms are very clean and location is excellent right on the beach front. Complimentary breakfast and wifi are included.Rooms: 5/5
I was apprehensive after reading some meh reviews but this was just the cutest place with views of the water and a lovely maintained exterior. Yes you can tell this hotel has been here for a while but the rooms are updated with tile floors. A must in my opinion, decent enough bathroom. My only issue was the caulking at the bottom of the shower was peeling which is an easy fix I requested an ocean view room and that's what I was provided with a nice balcony to sit on and feel the ocean breeze. We got there early and were able to check in early. The breakfast was adequate with pre-wrapped bagels and apples and bananas with cream cheese and everything you need for those. I think it also had some kind of cereal. A great coffee machine to make your coffee and it was delicious especially the latte. So all in all I would stay there again. My one complaint is that breakfast should start earlier than 8:00 a.m. that was a surprise. When I wake up, I want my coffee and I don't typically use the coffee machine in rooms. This room also had a kitchenette as well which had a great size refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. I highly recommend. Room 304. Food & drinks: The closest places were pricey because right on the water so I'd recommend going inland and save some $$. I despise menus without prices.
Stayed 5 nights, ocean view, cleaning and grounds staff were very nice. Management at front desk and maintenance manager very rude. Acted like you were there for them, not other way around. Other than that very nice hotel, awesome prices and location.Rooms: 5/5
I'm very impressed with this hotel. The service was amazing. The cleaning staff is super friendly and helpful. If you're interested on peacefully place and Nice beach This is the hotel you need . We have a blast !!!
Wonderful oceanfront room. All employees were friendly EXCEPT the front desk staff! She was short with us and very unfriendly. Now when we checked out on Saturday morning the front desk clerk was friendly. They need to have her there more often!Rooms: 5/5
The rooms were dingy and need to be repainted, not a lot of outlets had to charge phone through TV and the one wall plug by tv, shower only had one door, so water constantly on the floor after showering, the baking pans and stove had aluminum foil that was used on it. No service, the maid never came to out room, Mind you we stayed for 4 nights. The complimentary washer and dryer did not work, took 3 hours to dry clothes. The location was great right on the beach, Erwin the Maintenance man was very helpful and made sure we knew about all the local resturants, bars, etc.
Read this before you book I have pictures on my phone that validates everything I am writing there was rust on the walls near the air conditioning unit. The shower was backed up must’ve been clogged. The pool was dirty. The walls had cracks in them and needed major repair, work on the plaster board, if you’re looking for a quiet the air conditioning units, they use run 24/7 and is outdated. I spoke with other people that were checking out and they felt the same way. the photos on the Internet, make the place look great, the place needs a total renovation. We stayed 2 nights and could not wait to leave.
What a wonderful place and friendly people. We will be back for sure. We have only one complaint...ac unit was very rattling and kept us awake. I am sure if we had told someone it would have been taken care of right away. Great place with great people. Rooms: 4/5
This place did not meet my expectations. There was tight parking. Not good if you have a truck or SUV. Can't check in til 4pm. The breakfast was barely anything. Cereal and packaged muffins.. The room had scuff marks all over the wall in kitchen. No pictures hanging. Very plain. The door slams everytime you open and close it. The AC is loud. There's no outlets besides bed so I had to charge in the kitchen. It says 250$ fine if you smoke anywhere on the property. However, their employees smoke cigarettes on the property. Pool is small and closes early. Beach is nice. I will not be returning. I spent 300$ for Saturday night and 150$ for the next night came out to about $500 for two nights. I've stayed an better hotels for that kind of money.
