So great! They took care of my kids so well, and they wait time was nothing. I also received care and they were fast and efficient without cutting corners. My tooth feels amazing and I’m so glad they were able to help me have a healthy mouth again.

After several visits to this dental clinic I can confidently give this review. My lovely hygienist April is very caring, informative and overall just a bundle of joy to be around. Today I had a deep cavity filled in the back of my mouth, which required lasering some of my gum off. I was so nervous about this appointment for weeks, but the dentist and dental assistant were very caring and attentive. Making sure I was comfortable 100% of the time. They do numbing differently here and its way more comfy than other places I've been. After applying the topical numbing, they heat up the numbing serum slightly and give the injection while blasting the area with water. I kept waiting to feel the injection but I never did. Furthermore I felt a slight sensation during the removal of decay process and they immediately stopped and gave me more numbing. After which I didn't feel a thing. Overall they do a great job and I can now see why they have so many high reviews and were voted best of hays. Disclaimer they do remind you often of your appointments and require confirmation 24 hours before, as well as a $50 deposit to book the appointment. The $50 goes towards your appointment so worry not, its just a small prepay fee to make sure you will attend for the time they schedule you for. By now, I’ve come here a handful of times and it’s been a good experience every time. The women are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I’m thankful for all they do. This place will make you feel at home.

Greetings, My experience with Aqua Springs Dental was A mazing! The staff is very welcoming which made me feel comfortable! I do not like going to the Dentist, but I am thankful that I have found a great staff and Dental Office! I called on Friday and had my tooth removed on Tuesday, again excellent customer service! I would highly recommend visiting Aqua Springs Dental for any and all Dental issues!

I find their billing/quotes/scheduling are unclear as to what the true cost of the procedures. If I'm having a root canal performed and knowing that a root canal is useless without a crown, why would you only quote me the cost of the root canal? Now that I have an exposed tooth without a crown, I have no alternative but to get another procedure of almost equal cost that I wasn't prepared for. I was informed at the end of the procedure that I'd have to wait a full week in order to get scheduled to have the crown put on. This is not the first time I've had scheduling/billing difficulties with them nor is it the first time that I have been misquoted for a full procedure. Either this is an intentional practice or incompetence of staff to not relay pertinent information to the unknowing client. Neither one of those reasons is acceptable to me. Re: The owner retaliated against me for my review at my next appointment. After I was already under nitrous and they had numbed my teeth, they decide that they no longer wanted to finish the work they had started. She used specific language that was careful to make it seem like I was the one choosing not to finish the procedure, when she used every phrase to get around saying "we will no longer be treating you". They said that they take comments and feedback to try and learn from their mistakes, but why do that when you can ensure that the person who has voiced a complaint is no longer your patient. Now with a soft temporary filling and in pain, I have to find a different dentist in order to complete crown work they were supposed to.

Dr. APONTE reached out and found me a doctor who could fit me in sooner, i am very happy. They went above to get me seen. Thank you! ......Not a good review for them today, usually they are great, I was set up over a week for a root canal by there specialist, the temp crown they placed on has given me issues, been in multiple times for it only to get a call 3 days out from the appointment to be referred to someone else, who now says they can not see me to the 23rd for just the consultation, so 20 days later to get it looked at...so another what to schedule the procedure...and mind you there is pain.

Their whole team is awesome! Everyone is polite and helpful. Brenda the hygienist is great! Dr.Khalid, Elsa and Jobeth were super professional. Helped keep me comfortable during both my procedures. Have a few more sessions with them coming up in the next few weeks. I’m sure it will continue to be a great experience.

I was so incredibly scared going into my appointment I've had a lot of issues in my mouth and a lot of pain and am scared to have anyone go in there. I was lucky enough to have Brenda to help me out, she talked me through everything and made sure we were doing everything together. She made sure that when I told a story she told me one too, she also made sure to let me know what what was going onm not only did she help calm my nerves but she did her job of making sure everything was done to the best of its abilities. Basically she not only comforted me but also made sure that the job was done to a great standard. I hope every dental assistant I get is like Brenda she was honest, comforting, and thorough.

As someone who naturally doesn’t trust dentists I never thought I’d be leaving a review for dental care. April, the hygienist did an excellent job keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable during my visit. They answered all of my questions with transparency and helped ease my mind about my dental concerns. As far as the cleaning, it feels thorough and they helped me with a long term strategy to maintain my dental health.

A really good dental office! The staff and doctor are very nice, experienced, and professional. Dr. Kahlid and Jobeth helped fix some bad dental work I received at a different practice. I was very happy at how fast and effective the treatment was! I strongly recommend anyone looking for a good dental office to go here!
