The villa is situated 5 mins from panchgani market. The villa is maintained nicely and it overlooks the table land and is amidst greenery. Despite the villa being close to the panchgani market it is placed at a very peaceful location with greenery around and away from the hustle and bustle. The villa is perfect place for family and friends. The staff is really good specially Nouman, Suraj and Salman.  Special call out to chef Ramesh who had prepared excellent food during our stay. Must try would be 1 Mutton Biryani 2 Goan Style Chicken Tawa 3 Chicken/Mutton Pulao 4 Mutton Bhuna and 5 Medu vada  One thing that needs to be addressed is the entry road to the villa needs some amendments but I guess that is down to the local authorities rather than ownership of the villa.
