Araya Sushi Asian Grill

A lot of people say good Asian cuisine is hard to find in the Naples area which makes Araya stand out! Araya has a great vibe with nice outdoor seating, heated lamps, and flavorful food. The garlic edamame is not to be missed. The sushi doesn’t disappoint. The drunken noodles are fantastic. Looking forward to trying more dishes here!

Nice, new outdoor patio with friendly and accommodating service! We didn't have a reservation, but figured to try to dine in and patio seating would be a plus on a pleasant evening. We lucked out and got a table for 4 and food was phenomenal! Grilled octopus, sushi/sushimi boat, and blue crab fried rice was a big hit for our teenage boys!

So far freshest Thai food I have tried in Naples. It's pricey, so I recommend 12-3pm not sure if it's weekdays only lunch specials. Salmon lunch dish was generous and delicious and veggie currie was fresh and tasty. Vegetarian options: Currie, noodles, salad, etc Parking: Easy large parking lot

It's been 3 years since we've been Covid and I was excited to go back and had the best meal of duck Thai red curry, amazing! On a Monday night, the restaurant was busy and then slammed when we arrived and filled to capacity. A good sign that they still make excellent food. We started with a 9pc sashimi to share which never disappoints and I love a good curry, so the Duck Thai red curry with lychee and pineapple med spice for me was the perfect blend of flavours. I took a fair bit home and added an extra 'soup' at $7.95 to add to it. Staff was great considering how busy it was. Gave the atmosphere a 3* because the TV was playing Family fued on mute, very odd though. Also not sure why the outdoor patio was closed which we have enjoyed in the past.

If there’s one thing I’m picky in, is Thai /sushi food. This is by far the best place to eat in Naples. I absolutely love the extensive menu for a small restaurant. The donut dessert with condensed milk absolutely delicious. Service is good, attentive and chef is always willing to modify your food if need it. The ambiance and decor is pleasing. Service is good, but can improve. You won’t regret coming to try this place. Enjoy!

Everything was incredibly fresh and clean. I had the duck pad thai and was blown away. The sushi on the table was spot on as well!

Food is usually decent but the service is atrocious. Plus their sewer is backed up so it stinks worse than the FOH's attitude. Just found out they're closing so that's great news!

The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The team went out of their way to ensure we had a seating location that was ideal. I highly recommend the tom yum soup.

I went there to have a dinner by myself, service was OK, food was also not bad. Tom kha soup is actually pretty good but very spicy. I also got a Black Dragon roll there, and it's EXPENSIVE, so I expected at least a decent size roll. $18 for that one + tax and tips. So it's like a $21 for that, and it came and it was tiny. It was a $30 one person dinner, which I think is unreasonable for 2 items that I got. Generally not a bad place if you don't care how much things cost or about value for money. Because everything was not only slightly overpriced but also significantly undersized, I can't recommend this place or rate it anywhere over 3 stars. T Kha was $8++, and was also about 2x smaller than I am used to in almost every other place. And no I am not a fatty, I am skinny and I don't eat a lot at all, yet they managed to have me not filled after $30 meal ‍ go figure. So far I found two great places in Naples in terms of Asian food, one is by the beach in downtown, there are two suchi places there, the one closer to the beach is the one that is great, the other one on the other side of that 5th Avenue isn't great at all. Chinese takeout suggestion: China Palace on the east side of a city, they have an awesome value there and food is great too. :- UPDATE: I found another amazing place for probably best authentic Japanese actual sushi. The place is called Hibachi of Japan. Prices are low, servings however are also relatively small. Best sushi I have tried in Naples, and possibly in USA entirely. Very little rice, rich fillers, good quality sauces, great service too! Highly recommend it for suchi instead of this place. Sushi in there are $5-$11. $5 rolls have 6 pieces, $11 rolls are 8pcs. We ended uo having 6 rolls for a family of 3. Usually we get 3, lol. They were so delicious and also because there is very little rice, they are not really filling, which is a good thing!
