First time here with my dog, and I'm super impressed! There were so many friendly dogs of all sizes. There was a section for small dogs, but all the dogs seemed to be mingling well in the large enclosure, and they were all so well-behaved, so we stayed in the larger area. There's plenty of parking and two water fountains in the large enclosure. We'll definitely be coming back here again, my pup loved it. Highly recommend it ^-^
I am dog sitting my friends MalChiPoo, and I was looking for a dog park near by and found this park. It was early in the morning and there was few Dogs and Owners, most dogs were big I was a bit afraid at first my first time being at a Dog Park lol but I was really pleased with everything! The only thing I was not sure or happy with is that there was a water hose I thought I can use but I was not able to turn it on so I had to used my personal emergency nice white towel other than that I had a good experience here.
My dog and I really enjoy this park. It is really big and has plenty of grass and shade. There are two water fountains for the large dogs on opposite sides of the fenced area. We usually visit mid-morning when it's not too busy but we are sure to run into some friends. Dogs are friendly and playful, and the owners are for the most part attentive and respectful. This park is frequented by dog daycare/ walking services, so don't be surprised when you see a pack of 8 dogs run in at the same time. Also be prepared for seeing small dogs in the large dog area. If you have a large dog with a high prey drive or aggression towards small dogs I would use caution.
Pretty nice and peaceful. We had a pretty nice and relaxing time. I recommend going there with your dog. They have a large dog side and a small dog side. Beautiful old trees.
Beautiful grassy dog park. Has both large and small dog sides which is so nice. Would be better with more than one bench but really lovely and quiet location tucked away near a soccer field.
The park was okay. It had a lot of muddy areas. Some dog owners were less than attentive to their pets, though I suppose that's not the parks fault. Will probably go back from time to time, though.
Nice park, love the fact that it has grass for the dogs to play in. Friendly people with well behaved pets. New water fountains for the dogs, and they’ve recently separated a portion for the small dogs that don’t feel safe with the big dogs.
This is a great park that is off the beaten path. They have small and large dog areas mostly covered in grass. The people and pets are friendly.
Friendly & large dog park... they have small obstacle platforms for the doggies to play on mine loves it!. On another note- not everyone picks up after their dog even though bags are provided here, so use caution when playing with your pup. Ground is also extremely uneven as well, with holes dug in many areas, so again, careful where you step. I hope the city starts to regrow the missing yards of grass soon. My dog gets super muddy because of the wet morning grass mixed with countless areas of dirt patches. Pictures show both the great obstacle course toys offered that my dog loves, and some of the dirt patches I hate.
Nice sized park with dog scoopers and doggy bags around the fences. Love that there is shade and grass. Just keep an eye out for the holes in the ground.
