Arbor Park a charming 1830's New England home with wide plank floors, nestled in a grove of trees with a huge back lawn. The home has 8 bedrooms (each with A/C and Cable TV. WIFI throughout house), 6 baths, 3 staircases and 8 Cable TV's.
Downstairs is a large kitchen, dining room, living room, den with laundry area, a large English country bedroom #1 with 4 poster queen bed and sitting area with an adjoining baseball theme bedroom #2 with two twins. These two rooms share the same bathroom and is a favorite family suite.
Up the front entrance staircase are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom: Bedroom 3 with a queen and private bath; bedroom 4 with a queen and bath just outside the door; bedroom 5 with a full and a bath just outside the door.
Up the staircase from the kitchen is another large private family suite with a queen bed, and bathroom just outside the door plus a small bunk bedroom.
Up the staircase from the first floor den is a bedroom #7 with twin beds and a private bathroom. This room has windows to the back of the house and creek. Photo to be posted later.
