If I could give 0 stars I would. So happy we moved out of this place when we did. Right before we left, there were roaches everywhere.. in the closets, drawers, fridge and freezer?! It was absolutely disgusting. It took management over 4 months to return our security deposit despite NUMEROUS emails. That is against NYS Law. But they are quick to email you when rent is due !!! The apartments are NOT worth the price. Don’t let the nice landscaping fool you. This place is gross and shady! Do not waste your money….

Cocker roach infestation! My mother is a senior citizen that moved in February 2019. We immediately reported that cocker roaches were present. We have repeatedly reported the infestation to management and they have been completely unresponsive and negligent. Despite home treatments, the situation is grave and infestation completely out of controlled. It is devastating to our family life and her ability to live comfortably in her home despite collecting top dollar rent. I am writing this review because I am devastated and disappointed with the management company and wish my mother a better living situation.

Lived here for 2 years. The super was great and the gardens were well maintained. Management needs a lot of improvement. Lease said that they would return deposit in 30 days which is in accordance to NYS laws. After numerous emails which they largely ignored and calls that they don’t pick up most of the time, I finally got my deposit 12 weeks later.

Roach infestation! I have told management and they simply didn’t care about it. I am a single mom with 2 kids and the fact that my kids and I had to live like this is absolutely disgusting. No matter how much I cleaned which I had to clean every single day! it got worse and worse and I’m so fed up with how poorly management handled it. For the amount of rent this place is, is absolutely ridiculous!!! So expensive to live so digusting!!

Lived here for the past two years in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath- nicely laid out units. Beautiful grounds meticulously maintained. Friendly, responsive super. Dog-friendly. Onsite parking available. Had a great experience here and would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet community vibe in garden style apartment complex at a fair price.

Management seemed helpful in the beginning, however as my 2nd year is almost finished here the negligence has been at an all time high. Between my roommate and myself, they dodge our calls, don't respond when we leave voicemails, and to top it off, try to say we have never reached out when we have issues; including sink leakage and toilet leakage. Luckily my roommate is handy and we fixed these issues ourselves after having to wait weeks. with no response. To top it off, we pay for parking in the garage monthly. We have been trying to cancel since OCTOBER, with an average of 3 phone calls a week and multiple emails. Now all of a sudden they say we need to pay and cannot cancel. UNBELIEVABLE. How is this OK?! So disappointing, what a SCAM. Don't let them fool you. how do these people live with themselves.

Nice apartment, it is perfect for families who seek a calm environment. Gardens are well-maintained always. There is plenty of space to walk around or simply lounge outside, especially for families with kids. Moreover, aged people can move around in these colorful and calm surroundings.

i have lived here since jan 29th 2016. at first it was great as anything else is, there was a supervisor by the name of Dave who really took care of the property and was able to answer any questions we had. By march he had told us that he would be leaving. he warned us that the new guy coming in to take his place had already been caught stealing but management didn't care and continued to hire the guy. he refused to take care of any issues and the trash piled up by the dumpsters for a month before anything was done about it. no one here speaks english now and can help you & its very frustrating. we had a tenant issue and reported it to management in hopes to fix the problem, they failed to even respond let alone do anything about it. you pay just about 3,000 for an outdated apartment and there are NO amenaties and they dont even include parking. the washing machines are so small you can barely fit one load in so i take ours to a laundry pace where it is much cheaper and takes about 6 loads in one. i have found out if you want anything you have to pay for it, there not here to help or make anything pleasant. its just to make as much money as they can. I am looking forward for my lease to be up , i have never been so excited to move out of a place.

I have lived here for 2 years and plan on living here for more. The super is always available to help with any troubles which are far and few between. They do a great job of keeping up with the maintenance around the premises and especially with the landscaping. Its a beautiful place to live!
