Arby's

Description

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

"Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened its doors in 1964. The Arby's brand strives to inspire smiles through delicious experiences. We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads."

Pulled up to drive thru. No response. I had to get their attention by saying' "hello?" Ordered a large French dip combo. They asked if I wanted large fries...yes I ordered a large. Pulled around to window. Paid for order. Told "pull up" no explanation no wait time. I responded I'm good. Another employee comes to tell me pull up. I asked how long it will take he said I don't know. I said I'll wait at the window then. He yelled for manager. After 10 minutes I thought I got my order. They basically throw the bag at me and say nothing and close the window. I check order at window before pulling off no fries. I knock on window. Ask for fries They grunt and shrug. I open sandwich wrapper. They gave me ONLY HALF OF THE SANDWICH. I demand manager. He informs me he made the order and smiles at me. Manager's name was "Brock". I ask for his manager's number. He gives me the phone number for their store. I have to argue with him about what he did and how he was giving me the wrong phone number. He eventually calls his district manager. Gives me the phone. District manager told me he would review cameras and discipline Brock. Probably wasn't even the real district manager. Punk kid. Advice if you do come upon the unfortunate circumstance of having read this review and still choosing to eat at this Arby's ask if the manager Brock is there. If yes go to taco bell instead.
Two days in a row. Not friendly, not rude. Both manager and employee didn't seem to want customers. Paid cash and the young man rolls up the cash change and drops it in my hand. Cleveland Arby's staff much more friendly than Ooltewah Tennessee. I was in this business for decades. If a person doesn't like dealing with customers, by all means, get a job that you don't deal with people. Manager should never talk shop in front of customers unless it pertains to the customer. It's so annoying and ridiculous for someone to appear to be miserable in their job dealing with customers.
I used to like this location. When we pulled in about 5 pm, on Tue., 8/8/2023 my wife commented, "Are they closed?" Nobody was there. Then, we ordered Waygu burger, two french dips, curly fries and lemonade and were told to pull up, even though no one else was in line. Then, we waited and waited and waited...over 15 minutes! Three other cars came and left. So I went in and asked the "manager" what was going on? He hands me a bag. We take it home. The $8 Wagyu burger was a flattened mess with sauce spilling out all over and hardly any veggies as pictured. The curly fries were old...not fresh. Now, we know why this place was empty. -Too bad for the current owner :
Not the place to go if you want your order to be correct! 2 visits, 2 items missing from simple orders. I guess if you eat in you might have a better chance of getting your food, but if you get it to go, better check it thoroughly before you goFood: 4/5
I went in and showed them the app wasn't working to order specials. Was told just to reload app. I told them I did and was getting an error message. No offer of solutions to take order without app at app prices. Can't believe they can't make adjustments. Be flexible and adaptable.Service: 1/5
Fan of Arby's. Tried the Americana 2 /$7 sandwich. Could not even take the roast beef off and eat it. Worst sandwich I have ever tasted. Tried to contact Arby's. No answer to phone. I hate to make a neg comment about a place I eat at. I need to stick to my usual order rb gyro. I suggest that you not try to change what you are good at. If I wanted a fake big Mac I would have gone to McDonald's.
This is the first time I have been in this Arby's in a very long time this is not an update the service in February 23 is better than most McD. Which is a good thing. The order was taken promptly but a little slow on delivery. And the lobby was busy. Reasonably clean.Food: 5/5
We stopped on our way to Florida. We normally prefer Arby's to other fast food restaurants... not this time. The dining room closed at 3 pm so we had to go through drive through. That was no big deal. We got our order and left. We should have known to check it before pulling away. The order was correct and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The roast beef on my sandwich was old, crusty and barely warm. The bun was burnt. You could smell the scorched scent before unwrapping the sandwich. The krinkle fries were old and cold. My husband received old, cold chicken tenders and lukewarm curly fries. We will definitely not be back and I advise others to try the other restaurants at this exit or keep traveling to another Arby's location.
The food was good, but the drivethrough was very slow. Lack of workforce in the fast food area is hampering ability to serve.Food: 4/5
Just off Interstate 75.Typical Arby's. Roast beef hot..serviced fast and friendly. Potato cakes..too greasy. We decided to try the "new Oreo bites ".6 pieces served warm. The only thing "Oreo" about them was a little bit of oreo dusting..otherwise an Icing filled soft chocolate airy puff?
