Arby's

Description

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

"Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened its doors in 1964. The Arby's brand strives to inspire smiles through delicious experiences. We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads."

This particular place is historical, as it is the original Arby's Hollywood location, running since over 50 years strong. For this reason alone, it's worth to check it out and give it a try. While they are famous for their beef roast sandwiches, we opted in trying their fish and fries option, and it also was really good, especially for the price. The staff was very helpful in putting our order in, and the place was really nice and clean. The place has plenty of parking and restrooms for customers. I highly recommend this place due to its historic value and original charm.
It's as good as fast food can be. The employees were friendly. Service was quick and food was what I expected.Food: 5/5
Clean restaurant, food was good curly fries were to die for and the gyro was solid. service was good, and i got a token for the washroom! i would say overall met my expectations, but nothing out of this world. Wheelchair accessibility: they had slopes for wheelchairs
First time here and got a very positive experience. Super friendly staff, good sandwiches and desserts. We tried the French dip sandwich with cheddar, roast beef sandwich, and a Greek gyros. Fist two ones are good bread is boring and the gyros have the flavors but could have been cooked longer. But over all a nice place for a nice roast beef sandwich. Don't forget the horseradish mayo, it's sooo good.
It had been a while since I came here but we'll worth it. Used the drive thru and got great customer service and my sandwiches 2 for $7 deal were filled with meat! Great job Arby's team in Hollywood. I'll be back just because of how nice you all were!Food: 5/5
Atmosphere I dunno we went through the drive through. That Arby's has been there forever. Courteous to my order change. Everything was good. Fast service.Food: 5/5
An acquaintance of mine took me there for a quick stopover for lunch. I ordered the chicken slider and it tasted pretty good. The orange cream shake tasted yummy and really did hit the spot on such a hot summers day!Food: 4/5
The food was fine...I love their curly fries! But what was really memorable was that from the time I drove up to the drive through to the time I got my order and my change, the service was outstanding. The woman taking my order was polite, friendly, and helpful and it continued when I pulled up to the window. She was genuine sincere and made me feel like I was an important customer. I haven't gotten that kind of service in a long time. She really is a credit to the organization.
I can forgive bad food, that can be a one-time thing. My experience at this Arby’s was TERRIBLE customer service. We parked in the lot and ordered the 2 for $7 deal inside. We were approached by an employee as we were waiting for our food telling us that they have a policy that they will tow cars if people spend less than $10. There was no signage detailing this and no one told us when we’d ordered and paid. He said we could choose to leave or be towed and spend $400 on that. My husband had to sit in our car in the EMPTY parking lot and wait the extra 2 minutes while I sat inside to get the food for fear we’d be towed. As PAYING customers who had made no disturbance, this is absurd and shady. Will never go there again.
I ordered the beef and cheddar roast beef sando They barely gave me any meat in it Recommended dishesBeef and Cheese Sandwich, Double Roast Beef Sandwich
