There was a picture of new boneless wings on the order kiosk which showed them glazed. When I tried ordering 2 orders the attendant said you mean our nuggets? And I said no the boneless wings that are new. He asked what sauce we wanted and I said what kind do you have. I had to ask him 3 things to repeat the sauces as he said it very fast the speaker was breaking up. We got nuggets that we had to dip in sauce. Nothing like what was pictured very disappointed. Hard to dip while driving good thing my grandson was in the car and helped me. And the $ was not what was posted either. Very disappointing
Great service! DJ helped us at the window and they were super friendly and kind! Our food was fresh and good but mostly we come here for the amazing employees! I also really appreciate that they wear pronouns on their name tags. As a non-binary/trans person I felt really welcome here. 10/10!
We were excited to try the new Philly sandwich and ordered 2 on our way home from my son’s house. We got home and opened them up and to our surprise there was so little meat in them. It was like they ran out. Arby’s has normally lots of delicious meat stacked on their sandwiches. These were a total joke. Maybe a few thin slices with some peppers. Not like the Arby’s we new.
Live in Woodbury Mn went to Arbys on Hudson Rd. order a pork rib sandwich unreal it was fabulous great service drive through it is a limited time only worth the time

I love Arby's! One of my favorite places to eat. This time I had the Marketside Turkey Bacon Ranch and it was delicious! My husband had the Marketside Turkey and Swiss and he said it was very good as well. Arby's has never let me down. I will always go back. Now if there was just one closer to where I live.
Generally pretty good and fast. But a recent experience had us at 3rd car in line at the drive through. We placed our order, and heard nothing for minutes. I asked what was up and the person said the system was slow. We waited several more minutes, and I told the person I was going to leave. He said "K". No explanation, no apology. But we did have fresh, hot fries at McDonalds!
Atmosphere would have been perfect except for a young woman wearing a t-shirt with the F word in large letters on the back.Food: 5/5
Came here for some quick shakes. Ordered 2 chocolate and 2 Jamocha ... we received our drinks... not labeled considering all of them are the same shade of chocolate brown ... we also received 2 straws and of course had already pulled away from the window before we noticed the lack of straws. With Covid we couldn’t go in and either complain or get 2 straws so we had to go to the local caribou to grab 2 straws!! I find it crazy to send out drinks not labeled or even pointing out which is which!!!
I walked in and ordered to make sure I got what I ordered. Well I did not. I ordered a classic beef and chedder, what I got was a classic roast beef. Did not notice till to far away. Tried doing survey on receipt but that did not work either. Had nothing but troubles at Arbys in the recent past. Used to be top notch
