Excellent customer service and I enjoyed my 4 buffalo chicken sliders, medium curly fries and peach lemonade. When I asked for an upgrade with my drink. They graciously did so. Yup, this is my favorite place! Thanks y'all and have a great Summer 2023!Food: 5/5
Good food. But no one in line inside they just made me and my wife wait for 6 min. Then they took my order . I think I was the wrong color. Wheelchair accessibility: The front doors were locked. You had to use the side door to get in
The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I was sitting there for 20 minutes while other people were waiting in line as well and we can see the workers just standing there. No one‘s taking your order had to leave I just wasted gas and time sitting there, totally unprofessional, the place was well within their opening hours. I will never be going back beyond frustrated.
This is the slowest Arby's ever. Love the food when they get my order right, hate the service. This place needs help badly. Been sitting in line for 12 minutes and still have not ordered. 2 other cars pulled out. Make that 3.
Our food was made fresh to order. The crew was very friendly. The bathroom was clean which was definitely surprising for a food restaurant. We will definitely be backFood: 5/5
Katie went above and beyond- orange creme I stopped once last week to get an orange cream shake. Unfortunately the shake machine was down. Today I called ahead and was told the machine was working. I drove over a out 30 min later. The machine was down. I was disappointed. I shared my story with Katie. Katie offered to make the shake by hand. That is what you call going above and beyond. Each of the staff I encountered was polite. Katie stood out Another coworker assisted her to make the shakes. I will come back for future orders. I just wanted to shine a spotlight in Katie. Thank yiu to Katie and crew! My 7 month neice was happy!!!
After 9 p.m. you might have to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get food.... Location definitely needs more help at that time.Food: 3/5
Ordered a loaded curly fries and found 2 thawing frozen crinkle cut fries at the bottom of my container. The drive thru speaker is too low. The building looks like it'll collapse at any moment.Food: 1/5
I’m so over this Arby’s . They never meet customer satisfaction. Anytime they run out they don’t try to make more of the entrees people want. Food is a bit too pricy and you can’t get what you ask for. It doesn’t add up at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one at all. It’s not worth spending your money at all!!!!!
Okay so... They forgot that I asked for no Bacon Unfortunately, places do this a lot... And I will now be pushing back against it... Any restaurant that does this will get a 1 star review from me when they mess up my order because of this specific issue. They forgot to leave out bacon in my cheesy fries. I was so excited for them. Was, but then when I got them... Bacon... Right there... Just staring back at me. This is no small issue, because for some people, they don't eat bacon for religious reasons, so then we feel like the jerks that have to go ask for you to remake the order... When you could have gotten it right in the first place. It's all very frustrating. The customer service industry is a delicate ecosystem that takes very special people to continue to make it run smoothly. Please let's all try to be better... And remember each customer, and their wants and needs... Let us remember the absence of Bacon Thank you. - Abigail
