Arc Thrift store

Great selections at unbeatable prices! Couches, candy canes, crutches, costumes for Halloween and so much more! Everyone working there have been helpful and kept good attitudes most, if not all, the time.

Very organized and clean. Come on folks use common sense pricing. A pair of old discolored shoes for 19.99. come on! Common sense is common sense. Just because it's a name brand a person would rather have a 38.00 dollar new pair of shoes than the same discolored and worn shoes for 19.99. come on folks put your thinking caps on.

This is one of my regular stops when thrifting, and they always a good selection. But by golly, somebody needs to deep clean the bathrooms!!! The grunge halfway up the toilets is bad enough sometimes your clothes touches that you know- which is revolting!, but the poo on the walls is over the top. I probably should've expected that using the restroom in a thrift store, but this is too much. Gross!

Okay, carts are literally everywhere in the parking lot and no employees insight to pick them up, and then when I’m donating furniture learning from the employees that they don’t clean the stuff before reselling that’s disgusting

I wasn't planning on going to the gym but I went next door to get some work out clothes. I put the sports bra on but it was too small. The manager accused me of switching out the tag and said "You didn't just buy it because would NEVER accept something worn OUT LIKE THIS. You LOST me fo,I will NEVER go back!!!

I cannot even express how much I enjoy the Loveland ARC! I've spend many an hour, and many a dollar! for "treasures" in that store!! I even have a "I ARC" bumper stickers on both of my cars!!! I am proud to advertise. My house, AND yard are filled with their treasures. And, I LOVE LOVE LOVE every employee, and most of the customers!! I would love to mention all of the employees by name, if I knew their names...But one in particular is "Elaine". She is a gem!!! She has been SO helpful to me every single time! And what a sweet spirit! So, if you're looking for something in particular, or nothing at all, go to ARC. It will prove to be a surprising adventure you won't forget!

Since 2007 I have shopped here regularly, i called it my happy spot. However the recently 2 times I've been there I have encountered a lady who works there who went out of her way to be extremely rude to me. The first time I was trying on shoes, witch I have tendenites and I have to try shoes on cause my regular size no longer fits so I need to make sure I'm able to wear them and they don't rub when I walk. She came up to me all mad and made me take them off and took them from me saying we don't do that here, I explained what I was doing, showed her j had my shoes in the buggy and she said there's no trying on shoes in this store...um ok..and then the 2nd time I was walking around the arc after i got off work, i work nearby and often i walk there to get picked up my phone had died and I had been there going on 2 hours waiting for my ride so I asked if I could use their phone, the girl behind counter said sure and was dialing the number when that same lady came up and with an attitude asked her what she was doing and she said she needed to use the phone, the lady said uh uh no we don't do the here, and took the phone from me and hung it up and the said this phone is for business only, I explained I was stuck with no phone, no ride, she said it wasn't her problem and I couldn't use their phone for that.. umm ok, thanks..I don't know what to think of that.

Usually, shopping here is great. Tonight, however, my boyfriend and I arrived roughly 20 minutes before closing to find the regular front door locked. I know, I know! I'm not one to keep people at their jobs late, I was just popping in to grab a last minute gift. We managed to enter through the exit, and a woman posted up front very grouchily called out that they were "shutting down". We corrected her that we still had 15 minutes, she rolled her eyes and turned away. We quickly made our selections as she announced over the intercom 3 more times that no one would be allowed to check out after closing time. We approached the register and my boyfriend made a snarky but accurate remark that she seemed like she was upset about something. There was a bit of back and forth and as we were leaving she threatened to call the police the next time we came in the store. Apparently she's the manager. Wow. Merry freaking Christmas to you too!

Store should be ashamed for charging new prices for items that were donated to them for free. Just as bad and corrupt as goodwill. Shop only local thrift if you can.
