My husband was at Arcadia health care facility. This is one of the best facility my husband has been in , nurses fantastic always keep me up to date for any kind of medicine changes my husband Had gotten the care he needed, he didn't even try to escape like he did at all the other facilities. Social workers truly helpful great staff caring professionals and he even said that he was going to miss all of them. Thank you all
They call themselves a "healthcare center", but in reality it's a business that exploits the sick and the weak for money. It's all about money to this company, not health or even "care". Don't go here. The staff members are either incompetent, rude, reckless, or all of the above. The bottom line here is they'll win they get rich and you or your loved one will lose. The place is also filthy. They show nice pictures only as a sales pitch. The doctors who "work" at this joint aren't in it for the well being of the patients but only to get more "customers" for their hospice service. They're essentially vultures, hunting for patients that they could make money from. So, between this place and the doctors who walk around here, the patients are treated as commodities! Medicare should look into this business for possible fraud!
I love the staff and CNA who have treated my mom. I am grateful for what you guys have done for the family. Unfortunately I am disappointed in the activities team. I love seeing Joseph, Steven, April, and Jaylen who is new. They bring happiness to my mom and always made her day. I love the diversity in language and all because they are able to communicate to my mom's non-english speaking roomate. Unfortunately there were moments I cannot get hold of activities director/supervisor and have been told that the supervisor Brenda and vice supervisor Viri is not in office. 10am, they have not arrived, 1pm they are on lunch, 3 pm they left for the day. Ridiculous! It seems that they are NEVER in office despite the time I call. Its only ONE activities assistant doing all the work and is hard to talk to any higher ups. At least that ONE is doing their job, but how cane ONE do EVERY job!!! I wish there was better organization within the activities department. I also heard of favoritism among patients. Brenda is also with spansih speaking patients only and completely ignores my mom as if shes a nobody. RACIST. Its hard to be long distance with a loved one but harder when you cannot get hold of them.
This is among the worst convalescent/rehab center in the area. The five-star reviews are very questionable. The place is filthy. The staff are incompetent and reckless. The management is greedy and disorganized. Don't believe or trust anything referrals you may receive for this place. They are all in it for the money - your money! They would give high praises for this place, you'll find out for yourself a different, more disappointing experience. My mother's health was worsen when she was brought here. But when we took her home, he health improved drastically. We believe if we had left her at this facility, she would have died!
This facility is incredibly incompetent and worse than that - is uncaring and ambivalent about their patients/clients. They "dance" around questions regarding patient care, all the while knowing that patients are ignored, left unattended, while staff is in the halls on their cell phones... Desk staffing at nurse's stations are intermittent at best. I know for a fact, that wait time for a patient who needs assistance can go beyond 20 minutes; the response is as if the staff is "inconvenienced" by the need of a patient. Do not send your loved one here! I only clicked on one star to allow this to be published... The facility is not deserving on one star.
My sister and I are very grateful to Arcadia Care Center for providing excellent services as mentioned in your website a “Total Health Care”. Our Mom is recently admitted in June 2022 and has been providing IV antibiotic therapy. She is much better than before with less coughing now. It is to our surprise when PT/OP, Simon W. & Jin S. come to offer and demo basic techniques to stretch Mom’s leg, set proper position, how to move and lift safely our Mom on her bed. Thanks a lot for all the efforts from admissions director, Ana G., Cindy L. in Social Services, Jason L. in Community Liaison, and a great team of well-trained health care providers including activities Jaylan & Nam Steven Nguyen for FaceTime/Zoom during recent lockdown, food services, and caring nurses, and supporting staffs, to do your best for maintain a well balance and quality of life. David L.
This is the best facility my husband has been in, the nurses are care he received the best care here . The social workers wonderful truly do help
I have been here going on 7 month.The people here are very caring. I feel I have been well taken care of. They can improve on the food.
Great senior living center!
The protection and care of patients is very good! It's a very reassuring care center with Chinese-speaking staff, which is very convenient!
