Arcadia Pharmacy

Everyone at this pharmacy is skilled and efficient. Even when they are a little grumpy cause they are busy which they have every right to be. Customer service workers aren't trained monkeys here for our entainment they still do a great job at getting medications out quick. I like them.

I ordered my meds last Friday to get dropped off to my house no meds throughout the whole weekend no meds on Monday when I call today is Tuesday I've been up all night

I imagine the five star reviews are employees or paid off. I was a customer of Arcadia pharmacy for a few years, however in the last couple years they have had less than stellar service. I'd call for a refill, say I'm coming in to pick it up, show up, turns out they mis-marked it for delivery and the staff at the counter gets an attitude with me about "wasting their time" They would often get my prescriptions wrong, either entirely different medications than I am prescribed or I'd find a various pills in the same pill bottle, none of which I'm supposed to take. Delivery was just as bad. The pharmacy would assign delivery times, and most times the driver would deliver outside of those delivery times, usually much earlier than the suggested time. I once had a driver get verbally aggressive and combative with me because I wasn't home I was at work when he showed up outside of the assigned time Sometimes I'd come home to find my medication packages on the ground, dirty and trampled on or no medication at all. Sometimes I would be told my medication would be delivered, and it never was, call the pharmacy and they tell me its not their problem or the roads are snow covered. They once told me that, the reason for the delay was because the roads were covered in snow. It was the middle of August...

Very efficient, one of the few that offer delivery if necessary. Very nice and professional staff.
