Was my first time at this arco. Decided to stop by to get some gas and grab snacks with my child because we had a long drive home and as soon as my daughter and I are getting into the car to leave we witness a worker yelling and cursing at a co worker while this co workers girlfriend and toddler are in the car having to see this happen. I felt very bad for her baby because he was screaming and crying not understanding why his dad was being treated this way. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for this man June to yell and curse very loudly at this younger worker in public like this. And instead of worrying about customers he waited for this worker to show up to work. I understand that it’s very annoying to work past your hours because of a Co worker being late but it does not give anyone the right to belittle and embarrass someone in front of customers AND CHILDREN and then while getting into his car he slammed his door very aggressively and drove off very fast while his wheels screeched when making a turn. I think that if this man June was the person I had to see when coming into work, I would come to work late too because of how mean this man is, or even better, quit because no one should ever have to work with someone as hot headed and aggressive as him. I hope that man apologizes to the girlfriend and child for the way he disrespected the young man.
The store associates are always friendly and welcoming. I genuinely appreciate the great positive vibes from them and feel safe, unlike most gas stations
Best Arco that I been to, wide variety of drinks and snacks. Customer service is the best, out of any gas station I've visited. Store manager, is the reason why. Give that girl a raise, she goes above and beyond to help customers.
Service is terrible. Fountain drinks are watered-down.
The staff here is very nice.
Always a great place to stop for gas, snacks and to play their ARCO rewards scratchers. Their employees are the best!! There is an ARCO 1 mile from me but because their employees are rude and you can tell no one likes working there, I go 4 miles out of my way to go to this Arco in diamond bar.
The most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. I absolutely love how they took their time with me. I was in absolutely no rush thanks to the help of an interesting eye. I have no worries getting to Arco and choosing whatever I like. They have 5 Star quality staff/members on their workforce. They are absolutely the most kindest, most generous and most beautiful people I've ever came across. I hope nothing, but the best for every single one of the people that work there and their families.
Arcos great place you can pick up gas at a reasonable price which is hard to find nowadays very friendly people behind the counter was in there looking for a snack couldn't find it young lady came back around from the counter help me locate it in a second go by and grab a snack and some gas you will enjoy the place Norwalk Raider out
I stopped here bc i was running out of gas n also needed to use the restrooms. The white girl that help me was super nice n friendly definitely would go back just to get gas n say hi
Much more convenient when they actually had the Pay at the Pump cash machines operational. They should just hire more professional and secure armored vehicle companies to pickup the cash. Its not like anyone tries to rob armored cars ever anyways. Besides, customers are supposed to matter more to a company anyways, right? Right. Do a better job ARCO
