Had to remind them about parts of the order they forgot, twice. Ice cream was delicious and soft. Restrooms were clean. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options, especially ice cream.
It was yummy, a place we have never been while we were on vacation. We didn't get to try the Ice cream but they had some interesting things on the menu for sure. The burgers are top notch though and the cheese curds are great with their fey sauce.Food: 5/5

I walk in there and say hello to the girl at the front counter who ignores me and there was another girl working as well. Both ignore me so I left, the foods to expensive; for the quality of the food and the appearance of the workers, and to not be given the common courtesy of a hello, some recognition that you're there to spend your money,,, I LEFT!!! Even my 6yr old said he'd write a bad review if he could, that's how blatantly rude and discourteous that they were.

So I went through the drive through today and could hear the rudeness of the lady helping me through the speaker. I continued being nice that’s just how I am but that didn’t stop her from being rude and snobby. After I paid a different woman handed me my food and when I said thank you, she literally gave me an eyebrow raise. No “you’re welcome” or anything. A rude snobby look and an eyebrow raise. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My corndog was burnt too. This encounter made me wonder if they did it on purpose. The name on my receipt said “Joslin”.
The manager called us a "piece of s***," did our order wrong three times, cussed us out for 5 minutes straight, yelled at every team member when SHES the one that made them. They need to either get a new manager, or close down the place. Atrocious. Not to mention she continued cussing her team members out while there were kids within earshot.
Mushroom & Swiss burger tonight was good! Shakes are Really Good! Fried cheese curds are tasty. Service hasn't been the same since they lost Wyatt A... he was the best!Food: 4/5
