Good. Clean and clothes are organized. But you can find same stuff for $7 per item downtown at Portage Place Mall
I went to ardene after long time,, they have so much of variety. The store is neat and organized. The staff is professional and is quite polite and helpful.
Very poor customer service. Although I wasn't expecting much of Ardene they managed to disappoint me. I was at the store getting a swimsuit, I stood in line at the counter no one else was waiting in line besides me and there were two employees at the counter, one of them was explaining something to the other employee, I guess something related to the cash register or something like that, but there I was standing right in front of them and I had to say "hi" because they were not acknowledging me at all, nothing happened, this woman who by the way seemed to be the manager didn't even bother to raise her head and look at me. I had to say hello again, hello for the third time, this time I made sure it was loud enough so they can look at me. This woman was still ignoring me and the only thing she could say is "Yeah" still not looking at me with a very annoyed tone of voice. Then she proceeded to call another employee to help me. And the thing here is, I get it , you're busy and that's totally understandable but the least you could do is acknowledge your clients and tell them to hold on a second. That's all! It's not that hard isn't it?. If any of the corporate People at Ardene sees this, she's white, tall, black hair, glasses, robust and seemed to be the manager. This happened around 1 pm at Ardene garden city. I just hope you take action to avoid this type of incidents in the future.
HORRIBLE. I always pop in once in awhile but never buy anything, except for tonight. Bunch of items were under a 40% off rack and the item I got just so happened to be under one that said 50%. Cashier rang it up under 40% even though I showed her where I got it from. She was very rude, didn't seem to care at all. I'm not one to make a fuss over 10% but it could have been handled better as it was marked wrong and customer satisfaction clearly wasn't her strong suit.

an absolute pleasure after the store moved and renovated! sydney was so sweet and helped me find clothes in my size to order in, and was extremely patient.
Was discriminated against due to my daughter playing between the clothing racks.. The "manager" refused to give me her name, or supervisors name so I could make a complaint.. Was treated very poorly, no smiles or courtesy given at this location! I left the items I had picked out because I refused to spend any money at this location again! I am a frequent shopper at Ardene and will not be back to this location, EVER!! I suggest a different location or hopefully my complaint to head office warrents a demotion to this unprofessional and immature manager who does not know anything about customer service, and someone else who is customer centered replaces this young girl!
They have tons of cute clothes and lots of stock. As well as the staff is great !
Love that store soo much but they dont know how to put up a sale some people dont want to buy 3 get 3 for 50% off NO NO
