The staff is always very professional & courteous to me. They've offered up renewals at just the right time before I can ever request on my own multiple times.

Ardmore Finance is hands down the all around best. We failed before by using other financial assistance companys...but no more. We've been with Ardmore since their location in Downtown KC

My phone has been shut off and my reference had a change of phone number, they went as far as finding my facebook page and harassing me through messenger as a desperate plea for communication because I do not have an active phone line. Privacy does not extend to these people, do not work with them. UPDATE - Very unprofessional work environment. A very angry lady named Stacey has now messaged me privately again regarding my review and her dissatisfaction. I repeat, stay away. Rating is low for a reason, I made the mistake of ignoring this. Do not do the same.

I found that if your approved you can raise your credit score. It raises it about 5 points per month with an on time payment. Not happy with the 'renewal' process. I got hit with like 50 negative points on my credit score after I renewed. They said that shouldn't have happened, but that was because it added a hard inquiry to my credit. My score went from 638 down to 588. So just be aware if you are trying to build your credit score back up, not worth it to have a payment for 7 months - 35 points to have it drop 50 when renewed.
