Ardsley Orthodontics

I had high hopes to find an orthodontist near by. Unfortunately, the conversation didn’t go well, just trying to book a consultation. Patrice was rude from the moment she answered the phone, example- I asked where are they located and with an attitude she answers “Westchester” umm.. I’m aware of that clearly. The whole conversation just kind of went that way. Anyhow, definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable sending my timid 15 year old daughter there.

The worst quality of work I have ever seen. The brackets unglued on the first day without my child even had a piece of food in the mouth. The office's response was that could only be caused by child chewing something hard and I have to pay to fix it all. My child did not eat at all and the brackets broke off. The receptionist is terribly rude and pushing you to sign the contract before explaining you all the details and definitions. This office is a scam. Do not use it! P.S. Despite of my negative experiences with the office's front desk, I would like to note that the doctor's manners were impeccable.

Dr Fader has great manners and very pleasant. The receptionist Patrice is very responsive and always helpful!

My teeth are looking GREAT already and there is NO PAIN! I had braces before and it was one of the WORST experiences of my life! This time is AMAZING! Dr. Fader and the staff are ALWAYS pleasant and professional. They make each patient feel like they are the only ONE! The office is always clean and neat! I especially love the Warner Bros. photos on the walls :

I called today to inquire about possible orthodontic treatment for myself. although I didn’t make an appointment. I would like to say Patrice was very Pleasant and helpful.

I love going here. They are very nice and the cartoon paintings are funny and very clever. They help you out. They always make sure you leave happy. Go check out Ardsley Orthodontics because it is the BEST!!
