Came into the store with my daughter and the employees here are extremely rude speaking bad about the customer’s attitude not knowing I was the parent of the customer they were talking about. Management really needs to step it up when it comes to customer service from the staff
terrible customer service. I need it to order something online and the cashier told me they don't so that.when a sales person told me they do....get ya stories straight.
I waited in line 30minutes to pay for 3 items all because there was one person working to manage the floor, take returns ans cash out customers.

Terrible service from the Manager guy. I don't recommend buying from this store location because if you need to return or exchange something they will not help you at all. I tried to exchange just a pair of man sandals from XL size to smaller size and a guy at the counter who said he was the Manager didn't accept it because the sandals didn't have the label on it anymore which I removed from the first time to try it on but I noticed I needed smaller size, so I had my receipt and sandals were still brand new not used, but he said company wouldn't accept it without the label... I had made a purchase of multiple items for the amount of $218 and he didn't accept to exchange the sandals that cost me just $6 bucks, not professional at all. I lost my time that day. I don't think Aeropostale company would accept that. But anyway I will never buy from there again!!!
I've never bought anything for me at this store. I went yesterday and had a very pleasant experience with a worker named Keke. She was very helpful knowledgable and kind.
I have always liked Aeropostale but they haven’t had a restock in the white uniform polos in about a week and when i called to ask the lady hung up on me while i was talking and I found that extremely unprofessional and rude. I love the clothes but the disrespect i felt today by their employees was not okay.
Trust me you don't want to go to this store, the manager is a complete idiot, some employees are friendly but most of then are not that friendly, me and wife went to this store,sometimes they give you a car with $5.00 off your purchase, my wife is visiting her family in Colombia and she always buy a lot clothes from this place, we got two cards with the $5.00 off, when we went to pay she wanted to used both cards, the nasty cashier told her, she can't used both cards,me one and her another one which makes sense, but we put the clothes and told her why, when I was about to tell her, I pay in cash, this uneducated cashier grab the clothes and put it away, I told her yes pay half and the rest yes forget it abouted. The manager of this store is a MORON, HE SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY RUN THIS STORE. DO NOT GO TP THIS STORE IN WESTLAND MALL.
Terrible customer service by the manager guy Name Sargie I don't even know how is this guy a manager with the most nastiest attitude. That guy talked to me in a very rude way. Won't be shopping in this aeropostal store again that guy Sargie should be fired. Very unprofessional.
It looks very good, I found what I was looking for. Very friendly and cooperative staff.
