Aretz Designs-Florist & Freeze Dried Flowers

We used Aretz for our wedding flowers and they blew us away with how beautiful their arrangements were. The bridesmaids bouquets were larger than we had seen at other weddings, for similar price. So many compliments from our guests. They took the time to meet with us and discuss our vision while also offering realistic creations with flowers in season so as to not drive up costs. Would highly recommend.

I received flowers from Artez Designs for my birthday. Gorgeous arrangement! I can’t express how pleased I am with the flowers. The roses look artificial they are so beautiful. Never heard of Artez before moving to the area but have found my go to florist for sure!

Ordered flowers for mother's day for my wife. My first time using Aretz. I couldn't be more disappointed. I understand when ordering online that arrangements will not be exactly like the picture, but what I received wasn't remotely close to what I ordered. For this price I expected much more. I could have just went to Kroger and found something like this for a third of what I paid.

Picked up this cutie this morning! Will always recommend Aretz over the other downtown florist. I was welcomed in and they cared about how I felt about my purchase! The guy at the other place was rude and made me feel like I was a bother - won’t have to worry about me bothering him anymore!

Donna is a true Floral Artist. She devotes her craft to what the client wants and preforms her craft of floral arranging to it fullest extent. She Always uses the Freshest and best selections of flowers and plants.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. At first they gave us the wrong flowers and had to come back and switch them. That’s fine but then we noticed that half the flowers and all of the Iris weren’t even ready to bloom. They had to substitute most of the white roses for carnations which I understand but there was also a lot of green filler like they were running out of stuff. It’s 4 days later and 2 of the iris are starting to try to bloom while the rest of the flowers have died. My boyfriend said it looked nothing like the picture and said he paid Quite a bit for flowers that weren’t even flowers yet. 7 of them are still closed and green and dying. My boyfriend sent an email and has not been replied to. He says that he will not be using them again and is disappointed that they weren’t what he wanted to give me. He felt bad the whole day and kept apologizing for something that wasn’t his fault. I understand if you start to run out during holidays but he should have gotten at least a partial refund of they couldn’t make it as quality as it’s supposed to be.

Unbelievable creativity and can make anything uniquely special just for you, whatever you need/want! I had her make a special family bingo card flower display for my bingo loving sister's funeral. With my sister's favorite flowers....it was "perfect in every way" as my husband used to say.

I received 21 roses for 21 years at my job. from my mom, sister, son, great niece and nephew. When I first seen them I was excited and happy. Absolutely beautiful. It's been six days and they are open and the most beautiful roses I have ever seen. I will do buisness here in future and refer them. Thank u for making me happy.

We came in town for a funeral and Ashley at Oswald Hoskins recommend Aretz's Design. Donna is truly a floral artist. She went above and beyond. She did amazing job on the what we requested for the arrangements. She showed repect and empathy for our family at this difficult time. So glad we choose Aretz's design.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on Valentines Day. The arrangement she received did not look anything like the one on the picture on their website, it actually looked really bad, some of the flowers were even dead. My wife was really disappointed and even some of her co-workers made the comment that it was the ugliest flower arrangement they have seen and that they are never ordering for this place. I have ordered from this place on a few occasions and this is the 2nd arrangement that it was a disappointment. After calling them they replaced the arrangement with a more decent one but not until 5 days after Valentines. It was a real disappointment and it kind of ruined Valentine's Day for my wife. I will never order from this place again. I found a better place in Maineville called Blooms Floral, they have a better selection and they are awesome. They also deliver to the Lebanon area.
