I’ve been here a couple times now and I have had nothing but the best service and a fantastic dentist. Dr.Price has been nothing but amazing and so helpful when it came to my fillings. She explained everything so well and made sure all was checked properly and throughly. Thank you Harrison dental for the outstanding service!!!
Everyone was kind and welcoming to my son. But once the dentist came in she was kind and gentle at first, but got very upset and threw her tools down and said "I can't do anything if he won't help me, he's crying and making the numbing wear off!" EXCUSE ME? HES A CHILD!!! my 8 year old was scared of getting a tooth pulled because he had a bad experience before. Dr price is very unprofessional with children, and shouldn't work on children if she does not have patience! I prefer the getz Rd location, we only went here for a dental emergency, and the woman made my son's tooth worse! I will be reporting to the ADA as well. Do not let her touch your children folks!!!!
Dr Price and her staff were SO PERSONABLE, and as someone who has put off going to the dentist for YEARS due to bad experiences in the past, her cheerful and understanding demeanour was exactly what I needed to put me at ease in the dental chair! She did a great job explaining everything to me and telling me what my options were as well! I can't explain how much relief I felt leaving her office yesterday! I can't remember a single time before yesterday I left the dentist not in tears! Thank you Dr. Price & Team!
I understand that typically you receive a lower quality of care having Medicaid/HIP, but it would be nice if the hygienists who work at this practice knew what they were doing. Someone else's xrays were on my account, the hygienists didn't know how to work the computer/xray, and I had several staff members going in and out of the room trying to fix things on the computers before I even had any xrays taken. The lack of competency of everyone made me nervous, and as a first time patient that is a scary feeling. I will be looking for a different practice for my family even if I have to pay out of pocket.
I really recommend this dentist group if your considering changing or looking for a new dentist. I am new to the office. The staff are all very polite and professional. The dentists are quick and thorough. The younger female dentist has a calming and relaxed nature about her, which makes me feel more calm and confident in what she is doing: which, in my opinion, is necessary when visiting a dentist. The thing I like the most about this dentist office is you get the sense that these people actually enjoy the profession they chose to work in. You don’t feel like another number they just have to get thru here. Great place, great people, great doctors, great dental hygienist, and great staff.
Dr. Price is great as she refilled 4 of my 10 fillings preformed by a tech that had the ability of a 12 year old. Insurance paid 10k for 10 fillings that half are falling out with sharp edges in only 6 months. Advisory comment..they can try to shift you to a bottom of the class grad that noone wants. And there's no name Tag to list a name on any employee there. So much more to describe than I can put here
The service was unmatched and Kristy, Brittany, and Macy made me feel so welcomed and the hospitality was unmatched!
Dr. Price made what should’ve been a terrible emergency visit, the best dental experience i’ve ever had. She was compassionate and kept me distracted from the procedure. The entire staff at the Maplecrest location was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Price and the Harrison Dental Group for any dental needs.
I loved Dr.Argus, but after the name change/ buy out... don't care for the dentist. I have a 8 year old that the staff/dentist was giving a hard time. Before trying to help automatically tried to refer to a pediatrics dentist. I will never be back.
I called them on a Saturday with EXTREME tooth pain .. they got me RIGHT IN and on an antibiotic that day. The woman at the front desk is amazing !! I had three teeth extracted on Monday! I am impressed with their PROMPT service and CARE the displayed during BOTH visits at Getz road and Maplecrest locations. I have found my new dentist ! Thank you guys soooo much !
