Sorry for not getting the young lady's name that did my teeth but it was one of the most thorough cleanings I have had. She is very competent along with being friendly and accommodating. When I said I needed the dentist's business card for a friend, she immediately walked back to the front office and got it for me. Also the dentist that checked me a young man was also pleasant and professional. All around, as good experience as a layman can expect at a visit to the dentist.
Very professional and “prompt”. Two previous dentists had me set up for thousands of dollars of dental work implants. This team asked; 1. Is anything bothering you? 2. Do you feel the need to go through more implant surgery. When I answered no, Dr. Hassig said we will monitor the one small cavity and repair it when we need to. Refreshing to not get pressured into upselling services not needed, knowing it would have been paid for. I’m a fan! Highly recommend this practice.

The absolute best and thorough dentist appointment as a whole that I have EVER had. The staff was very friendly and caring. They answered all my questions, explained every step of the process before they did anything and made sure I was comfortable being it was my first time there. Thank ya so much for making me feel welcome.
Best service from the friendliest staff ever! I am a very nervous patient and they are able to calm me down. Also, they answer my questions about the confusing annual insurance reviews. Without them my teeth and I would be a complete mess. I am a smiling happy person!
I had a lovely experience today at this office. Even though I’m a new patient, Cathy at the front desk manages the schedule very well so I could get an appointment right away for my painful tooth. Dental assistant Joyce was so nice and very knowledgeable, and Dr. Hassig came in right away to do the exam. They properly ran my insurance before I arrived—an issue I’ve had with other dentists in the area—and everything ran so smoothly. Even after I got home today, Cathy called again to move my procedure appointment up even earlier so I can get my tooth fixed sooner. I really appreciate how everyone was genuinely concerned and helpful!

Everyone is courteous and professional. The office and patient rooms are always kept clean and organized. They take care of special needs patients in their practice. It is wonderful to see the level of patience and understanding provided for the patients who visit the practice.
My very first visit today Monday 12/5 and it turn out to be a great customer experience. Thank you Dana for being such a wonderful human being. The Dentist whose name escapes me was very professional and helpful by explaining in detail all that matters.
