I have been an Arhaus customer for over a decade and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service that I have received over the years! I got the St. Lucia bed a few years ago and have been looking for the right nightstands. My sales associate recommended the Percy nightstands and I couldn’t be happier! I attached a picture of the St. Lucia and a close-up of the nightstands. I have also purchased the Remington sectional for my living room. I have a Goldendoodle that likes to scratch and dig on furniture, so Vanessa recommended I select the Crypton fabric. I have had this couch for about 3 years and it looks brand new! I attached a picture of my couch also. Not only has my sales associate Vanessa been wonderful to work with, but the entire team at Arbor Hills is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!
We put in a lot of time searching and shopping for outdoor furniture. We ended up purchasing several pieces from Arhaus in Ann Arbor this summer and could not be happier! From the initial visit when we met Arhaus’ designer, Kristen, to the day it all was delivered, our entire experience was fun, professional, creative and a ‘no pressure’ approach. Kristen was wonderful to work with throughout the project! She is so kind, creative and detail-oriented. The delivery people were equally as professional and efficient. The two gentlemen inspected every piece thoroughly and ended up finding a very small problem with one of the swivel chairs. He pointed it out and said he already ordered an entire new chair for us. He told us to keep the original chair until the new one was ready so we have a complete set! The furniture and cushions are beautiful and are of exceptional quality! This was our first purchase from Arhaus and definitely will not be the last!
Just purchased a sectional, which has to built, so this review is focused on my experience. Karl Schwartz at the Ann Arbor store is exceptional. I threw a thousand questions at him, and if he didn't know the answer, he got it to me in no time. I spent more $ than I originally set out to for a new couch, but I have no issue justifying it, given the level of service. Which...in my experience, also probably means it must be a pretty good place to work. Karl and the rest of the Ann Arbor staff get all the stars.
Quality furniture is not the only thing Arhaus provides!!!! Quality service is top notch! Specifically with Angelica Marchi! SHE has made my experience EVERYTHING! I have NEVER been more satisfied with any service anywhere!! I highly recommend Arhaus furniture but with Angelica you will receive so much more!!! Thank you Angelica for your 150% attention and service!!!! You are more appreciated than you will ever know!
I am so disappointed with Arhaus. After working with them for the last several months on a significant project that included multiple large purchases, my Sales Associate helped me select the large canvas on the left. The warm colors in the canvas that I saw in the store made it a nice fit for our home. Unfortunately, when the order showed up at my house, the colors were completely different. As you can see, the canvas on the right is more blue/cool. When I reached out to my Sales Associate to discuss the change in the colors, she said that she didn't see a difference between the two. After some back and forth, they did allow me to exchange the canvas that was shipped to me for the floor model, but I had to agree to the nicks and scratches on the frame on the floor model. I understand that their art is sold "as-is" but when the color scheme is completely different, I think there should be a better solution than having to take a beat-up substitute. If you have a specific look or color scheme you are going for, I'd think twice about ordering art from Arhaus. UPDATE: After posting my review, a General Manager from Arhaus did connect with me and they have resolved my concerns. My preference would have been for my Sales Associate to advocate for me so that I didn't have to resort to a negative review to get focus on this issue, but I am grateful that it has been addressed and corrected.
Purchased a sectional and two dinning room chairs from here with help of Karl. First of all, what they sell here is not cheap, far from it. The couch here is not twice as nice as the ones that cost half the price from somewhere else. But what I paid for was the excellent service and attentive advice I got from design consultant Karl. He is a professional and professional service anywhere has cost associated with it raising the final price. If you know what you want and know where to find it, great.. I did not. Thanks to Karl. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I considered fair.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service regarding a chair we purchased from Arhaus. In less than three years of very light use the fabric on this chair is literally falling apart. Multiple calls to Arhaus found fabric is not covered under warranty. We now have no option except to have both chairs reupholstered at our cost. I would give Arhaus one star or less on this chair but we liked our salesperson and are happy with the dining set and couch we also purchased
I worked with a sales associate to select several accessories to take to a friend. I was very clear that I wasn’t sure what she would like and we might return some. There was mention of a final sale at checkout. When I came back to return a set of candlesticks they wouldn’t do it because they were marked down as a final sale. I explained I had sales help while shopping and at no time did the woman say anything was a final sale. The associate did not care. I spent quite a bit of money there that day and the candlesticks were the cheapest thing I bought. Seems a silly reason to lose a customer.
Arhaus has treated me with great service multiple times. I believe the young lady's name was Andrea. She helped me chose throw pillows for a living room and a few decorations. I also ordered a coffee table and it arrive on time Plus they did not charge for shipping to store where I picked it up at.
If you like being discarded after finishing the sale, this is the furniture store for You! I bought a few pieces from this locale because I was in the Ann Arbor area visiting my daughter at school. This review, however, is not all about the locale. This company as a whole is quite simply horrible, for what they charge… and that shouldn’t even be mentioned, but I will because in my book it makes it even worse. I waited 8 months to receive a custom chair. I knew it going in so no issue. It finally arrives with one of the legs completely busted. They say at the time to take the chair and they’ll have a person who can come to my home and replace it. Never heard from them again! I called their ‘so-called’ concierge and after reaching out to them at least 5, 6, 7 times, plus the store a couple of times, they finally sent the delivery service back to my home to pick up the chair because I was then told it turned out that it couldn’t be fixed. Really? When were you calling to tell me this?? At the store, I had bought a cabinet and lamp as well. That also was going to take around 5-7 months to arrive. It turned out I found another cabinet I liked just as much that was available right away at another furniture store. When I went to cancel, 1.5 months later, the saleswoman who had discarded me as soon as she made her sale and I say this because we had a few interactions after finishing up, actually said to me rudely, ‘I wasted all that time with you.’ I said, ‘I still spent over 2k with you even with canceling the cabinet!’ She had me hold and when she came back to the phone she was much nicer and more professional. My guess: a manager told her to change her attitude because I had also purchased that very expensive lamp and I could have canceled that too. There was one salesman, Karl S., at the store who helped me with this whole mess and I’m grateful to him because I was frustrated beyond tears trying to get anyone at this company to do something, anything about refunding my cost back for the chair after they finally picked it up. Couldn’t even offer to cover the $199 shipping fee after all I went through. I DID EVERYTHING!! The company, nor the Ann Arbor store, never called me back at anytime pertaining to this entire debacle. I redid my home, and bought from 4 other furniture stores as well. Two private and two from companies such as Arhaus. I not only don’t recommend this locale… but, proceed with Arhaus the company… with warning and at your own risk! And, if you don’t want to take my word for it check out the pages on the BBB site about this company.
