WHO WE ARE
Aria Hair & Beauty is a joint-project Aveda concept salon opened by sisters Maria and Jackie. Aria Hair & Beauty is an eco boutique salon located in the hub of Westchester County, in downtown White Plains, New York.
Aria’s team of professionally trained Aveda and Davines stylists and our added ambiance of relaxation, makes Aria Hair & Beauty the place to unwind and have all your beauty needs taken care of.
Our focus is to create and sustain beauty through the artistic form of hairdressing, as well as care for the condition and health of hair through the products we use. We encourage our guests to take care of themselves and the environment in which we live and love.
Not bound by convention, we think longer hair on older women looks fabulous. We don't like stiff hair, helmet hair, anything over coiffed. At Aria Hair & Beauty we offer Madison Ave glamour at boogie down prices.
Marija
Pronounced Maria, but spelled the Montenegro way where she was born. The extra J could stand for jack of all trades. A Soho Aveda Institute Trainer and Educator, Marjia feels a gorgeous hairstyle properly executed is “portable practical art”. Following her bliss has lead her to the opening of her 5th salon opening with her sister Jackie.
Jackie
So taken by the beauty business, this Fordham University communications major focused her passion into the fragrance industry and became an account manager for Dolce & Gabbana in New York City. Through that experience Jackie decided to open a salon with her sister Maria.
