I don’t like giving negative ratings but your health care is important. I left years ago, but my Dad stayed and he ended up being hospitalized twice because they kept canceling his appointments. I would give zero stars if I could . Continuous canceling of appointments, prescriptions not refilled, lack of patient care . If you are a patient there , I recommend you go elsewhere.
Have been going to this ov since Dr zankman was there and oh boy.. it’s horrible since he left.. the doctors are mean , do the bare minimum and only see patients who have ppo ins for emergency…if you have state insurance forget about it.. you’re better off going to urgent care… They will see you faster there and treat you with more respect… this practice is the absolute worst pediatricians office on the East Coast hands-down. I refuse to bring my children to that office ever again after our visit today… they should be embarrassed to call themselves a doctors office…
I have went to this practice since I was a kid and have many family members that go here. Every year this practice just gets worse and worse. The office staff are terrible. You never get a call with test results, or a return phone call. You are given the run around to refill medications, obtain necessary medical equipment and referrals. Every time I or a family member call it's "Doctor's office hold" and then you are immediately out on hold. No greeting or hello or anything. It's strange because when I do come in for an appointment, I actually watch the receptionist do this....for no apparent reason. No one is at the counter, she's just sitting there. They constantly cancel appointment due to the doctor not coming in our deciding to go on a last minute vacation. This office is so unprofessional and the doctor do not spend enough time and do not seem like they care. They write a prescription and get you out!
Great receptionist but the younger doc was a pain. He feels like he knows it all and lack general information that is available to most people. It helps to do a bit of research before coming here as he will sell you on useless services to make money. They also billed my insurance for procedures that were not performed.
