Receptionist very unprofessional and only grunts, never speaks. I waited almost 20 minutes for my shot only to then be told my card didn't register. Since I got the grunt assumed it took. Only 2 people in waiting room. I finally get my shot only to be told the vaccine expired 2 months ago. Some of the nurses are outstanding, a few Tuesdays are just rude.
the worst service, the front desk person is very rude. it's unbelievable, just a minute late and my son was denied for his shots, 60 seconds, it's very unprofessional and unacceptable
I had a 4pm appointment. I'm writing this review at 4:40. MA was rude. Front desk was on. I've seen this Dr at multiple locations and it gets worse everytime. He has no interest in figuring out what is wrong with me since I don't fit into a bear little box. If it's more than a typical allergy or asthma, stay away from this Dr.
As a physician, I can tell you that this is the most poorly run medical office I have ever encountered. I did not realize at first since my wife was taking my son in for allergy shots, until I had to interact with the office myself. This office is almost impossible to get through to by voice, and you will be kept on hold for a long time until finally the phone disconnects. They are routinely and randomly closed without notice and going against there posted hours making getting weekly allergy shots difficult. The staff and physicians are nice but it is not worth the weekly frustrations of scheduling. If your child needs allergy shots, please think about another office.
One of the shot nurses is wonderful blonde with glasses the other dark haired is very negative. The shots are supposed to be subcutaneous, not intramuscular, but she always has a negative attitude when I ask for placement not in the deltoid, but the back of the arm - where it's supposed to be. Otherwise this business is great. You can have your serums moved to any location - I think I will. I am sick of the dark haired lady's attitude.
Office was comfortable and clean. We were seen quickly and everyone we interacted with us was pleasant and professional. Kerry Berghoff saw us quickly. She was very kind, thorough, and knowledgable and answered questions clearly.
Dr. Duane Wong was wonderful with my child, and I. He was patient and got us some answers. Thank you, Dr. Wong!
It would be great if the Provider arrived on time instead being consistently late and making Patients wait for their shots. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
Poor customer service. The receptionist, or whatever lady answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Clearly this health care provider only cares about money.
Horrible waiting time. Dirty office. The water fountain is so dirty that my son refused to drink from it.
