In a time that I need support the most, the restrictions on a small loan is 2 years of payment history under a ‘self employment’ policy. No wiggle room, no solution to my issue. I’ve been loyal and fairly consistent for most of the 3 years of my car note which is all that I have with the credit union. Never defaulted.
Can't even perform tasks as simple as answering the phone during their open hours
