Very irritating that they want you here on time for your appointment but leave you in a room over an hour past your appointment time without seeing dr yet and its each time we've came in, but we can hear them laughing and conversing at desk.

There was no one in the receptionist's area when I arrived for my appointment. They said that they were understaffed. I was coming to follow up on blockages in my legs, but every time that they communicated with me prior to my appointment they said that I was coming for wound care. The incompetence has been phenomenal and I haven't even seen the doctor yet. This worries me and makes me concerned about the competence of the Doctors here.

I was scheduled for a procedure. They were making appointments with out consulting with me. This caused me to be double booked with others. I am a cancer patient trying to get everything in order so I can start chemo. The woman in scheduling is very rude. They are so unorganized I refuse to give them my hard earned money

I received a very thorough exam with followup to correct my issues and the staff and doctor are friendly and takes their time to make sure I hear and understand everything. I rather wait awhile to get in to receive the best care than go elsewhere and take the chance that I won't get quality care that I got with Dr. Lich and his staff..

Put my mom in a room and she sat in there for over 25 minutes b4 the doctor came it !! That's ridiculous if ur not ready for a patient leave them in the lobby.. She is diabetic and she was needing to go so she could eat. We didn't think it would b this long.. Terrible customer service as well..

Terrible waste of time. Been coming for 2 years. Dr is always 30 to 45 min behind. Today it is over 1 hour behind. Looking for a new cardiologist. They call me three times to make sure I will be there

The wait time is unacceptable even by typical physician's wait times.
