The ATU ROTC program commissions Student-Athlete-Leaders as Officers into the United States Army.
Recruit: Find quality individuals with potential of becoming future Army leaders through a 3 prong process of Scholar, Athlete, Leader criteria.
Train: Through classroom instruction, labs, Leadership Developement Process (LDP), and Field Training Exercises (FTX's) develope individual and leadership skill sets for future Army Officers
Retain: Through counseling, mentoring, teaching, and coaching from peers and/or instructors, retain those who have motivation to succeed and lead others through vision, planning, professionalism, and adapting to an ever changing environment.
Commission: Commission individuals upon graduating with a bachelor's/masters degree that will be able to contribute to the Army Team from day one on the job.
