I needed a flower crown at the very last minute and they were able to get it done for me right away and work with my budget as well! Kim, the new owner was so nice, and the silk flower crown they made for me is absolutely stunning and has superb quality. Will be back for sure.

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. I’ve had them arrange and deliver flowers to my significant other and they absolutely blew me away. I had an idea of what I wanted and they took that idea and made a dream into a reality! The people who work here are incredible and the work they put into everything reflects with their finished products! So happy they’ve chosen love over hate as well! SUPPORT LOCAL!
GORGEOUS floral arrangements and amazing customer service. The new owner at Arlene's Flowers is incredibly compassionate and welcoming. You can tell how much the whole team there truly cares about supporting their customers during any emotional time in their life. They always have gorgeous arrangements available in the cooler, and create lovely custom bouquets and arrangements. The gift area and greenhouse are wonderful and so convenient for finding the perfect houseplant or special gift for someone! If you haven't been to Arlene's in the past year, you will love the changes! I don't get flowers anywhere else!
2023 Richland High School's Prom night and currently the last one in my family's line to graduate as a Bomber. Arlene's Flowers and their floral designers nocked it out of the park with the lapel rose and the corsage. Thank you again, and I definitely look forward to doing more business with all of you.
The workers are personal and up beat. The good customer service along side the amazing flower bouquets make this place truly beautiful. Thank you for the flowers!
The person working helped me find a planter and potted my plant there for me with all the bells and whistles. Greenhouse definitely a nice touch, just wish I would have gotten one of those glass blown pots with the wood underneath; never seen that in this area before. Buy one!
While their arrangements are nice, we ended up walking out as we were so disgusted with the service we got by two different employees. Just a tip, when someone walks in and says they'd like to order some flowers for next week, dont give them an attitude and say, "well, we can't have them done today!". We had to say THREE times to two different employees that we needed the flowers NEXT week. Not sure what the confusion was? The attitude is what made us walk out, though. We won't be back.
They made the perfect arrangement for my Aunt. She was able to see them before she went to heaven. She had wanted flowers like she had at her wedding almost 50 years ago. They even made her a willow cross for decoration in the arrangement. It really touched the entire family. The flowers decorated the alter at church today. I found two plants to take home with me in their greenhouse too.
Nice flower shop found cool mothers day gifts. First time being here and was able to find affordable gifts
