Owner Bal Bassi is a licensed esthetician who has been in the industry for more than 15 years and participates in several community events including the Bollywood Beauty Gala and the Canada Day parade. The salon offers a wide range of services and is best known for henna, facial treatments, spa pedicures and Bal's incredible talent for eyebrow threading. Arlene's Beauty Salon was inspired by Bal's daughter after whom the salon was named.
