I visited the office in suite #304 on 08/30/2023 my experience was nothing short of great. From the front desk staff to the doctor. I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork not very much and waited no longer than 20-25 minutes after paperwork. The sonographer Kimberly was very sweet and answered all of my questions, she also was very detailed and made sure she announced what she was snapping pictures of and/or what she was measuring when it came to the baby. Some of it looked like chicken scratch to me but was easily identifiable by Miss. Kimberly. I was a bit nervous of coming here after my OB referred me and I read the reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I’d only complain about the parking. Please note there are other suites in the building and quick access parking is limited!
This office SUCKS! I should’ve looked at the reviews before I even booked my appt. They called me 4 days before my appt to cancel my appt and not even ask me if that works for my schedule. I took off the ENTIRE day cause the Dr only does these appt’s at 11am on a Friday. A total waste of time!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere and anywhere else!!!!
1. Place was gross 2. Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional 3. incredible wait time 4. playing music throughout the office ..????so loud that we could hear it during the ultra sound. Nothing says finding out the gender with Miley Cyrus blaring outside the door 5. Ultrasound tech didn’t listen to us 6. Doctor was nice, but something felt off Don’t go here. I would have rather found out the gender at birth then have gone here and they don’t answer their phones :
If I could give no stars I would. Completely unprofessional office. My appointment was at 2pm today. I showed up to an empty waiting area with my mom at 1:55 pm. I had already completed all of my paperwork prior to arrival. I NEVER went to the back for mr ultrasound. After waiting an 1 and 20 minutes the front desk clerk informed me it would be another 30 -40 minutes before I would be seen. She suggested rescheduling the appointment and I declined. I will NEVER return to this office. They do not respect their patient’s time.
Avoid a bad experience in this place, they make you wait a long time, one of the nurses has a terrible way of speaking, very unprofessional, and very unfriendly, really look for a better place.
Absolute worst place ever! We were here to see a specialist for my wife who is 35 weeks pregnant… a SPECIALIST! And I was told I had to leave because I’m not vaccinated. I should have read the reviews before hand, this place clearly doesnt care about serving and helping their patients, they care more about pushing an agenda on people. This is beyond ridiculous and I WILL make sure to let everyone know how AWFUL this place is
Ridiculous wait times. I’ve been waiting 1.5hrs for my SCHEDULED appointment…and still waiting. Dingy office. Husband couldn’t come because he is not vaccinated. Change the way you schedule if you can’t keep accurate appointments.
TL;DR: They are the worst; go elsewhere! Long Post: When you are visiting, you are there during a very scary time and, in my case, hoping to keep your pregnancy long enough for a healthy child. I had several health problems, and they were unrelated to my behaviour as an expecting mom, but you would never know that by how I was treated there. The only positive was the sonogram techs. I was there weekly, and they always were kind and thorough. The doc made jokes and made chants was completely unaware of how to behave with a patient during a difficult time; he would also discuss things with the door wide open. However, the worst person was their "diabetes educator" who had little knowledge about how to educate. She did not ask questions or inquire about what you were going through. She was uncaring, scolding, and even made this weird paternalistic relationship between you and the doc by threatening to tell him things that would lead to him putting restrictions on you. It was a really strange setup, looking back. However, at the time, it was extremely traumatic, and I was a complete mess after going there. I transferred to another perinatologist after I had it with them, and it was like night and day. The new place was wonderful, and I had a happy healthy full term baby who was not low or high weight.
I was sent there for a ultrasound because they couldn't get some good pictures from my drs. sonogram machine. I was scheduled for 7:45am and when I got there the door was locked, I knocked and kept wiggling the handle and no one would answer the door. about 5 minutes later a nurse finally opened the door because she was going in the office too. When I finally walk in there are already 3 other women in there so it was obvious the nurses there were just too lazy to open the door when I and a other paitent were waiting outside. Then when I go to sign in they tell me that I can't have my daughter there with me. They have a "no child" policy. I have no one to watch my daughter and I can't take her in there with me...? I was told to wait to see if I would have to reschedule twice. and eventually did have to reschedule. I was never told that I was not allowed to being my daughter. It would be one thing to tell me in advance so that I could get a babysitter but I was not told and was pretty much punished for not knowing. The nurse was not very polite at all, and seemed upset that I was not told about their policy. If I have to go back after this next appointment then I will for sure try to find somewhere else to go. I don't want to go back later today, but it is hard to find somewhere on short notice.
Go else where!!! My wife got sent here for a sonogram, I accompanied her to her appointment and because I’m not vaccinated they would not let me into the room, even the lady at front desk clearly stated I couldn’t wait in the lobby nor wait outside of the door, I had to wait by the elevator, according to the doctors rule.
