I would like to make a suggestion about this firm. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR CASE. This is the most dishonest and most out of control firm. This guy is there to still your money. If you have a case in court is better that you go by yourself. You will be better and get better results if you go in front of the judge instead of trusting this guy in his work as a firm and his personal honesty. I just got a case that I lost because of his was trying to protect his reputation when he makes a mistake presenting document in court and I have to pay for his mistakes.

If you’re looking for an attorney with incredible staff look no further than Armando Villegas  and Associates.The staff are very charming and accommodating , especially ms. April was extremely helpful when I would bombard her with questions with updates about my case; she’s incredible and sweet . I won’t hesitate to refer them to everyone I know. My case was taken in and made sure the process was easy , quick and best of all went smoothly as possible no matter what problem would come up . Highly satisfied with their service will come again for any future legal issues .

I went for a consultation on my child custody case. He couldn't represent me in court. Instead He typed up a letter that cost me $600.00 dls. That letter was no good in court. Had to hired a different attorney. Defenenetly do not use the Villegas and Associates for any legal advice or. Represent me in court.

Armando Villegas & Associates was the firm me and my husband picked for his immigration case after 6 years do to our financial situation he finally was approved his visa and now in the process in getting his green card in about 2 months. This law firm is very professional, understanding and honest. Irma the lady processing my husbands papers was very honest when she told us we were going to go to Juarez Mexico, for his visa interview, never hide anything from us. Irma and Mrs Martha Villegas, prepared us for the long trip and told us what to expect once we were there. Irma, supplied me with all the information were to stay appoints with medical doctor and finger printing. Everything was well informed for me and my husband Roberto Perez Rosas. I must have called 3 or more times from Juarez, Mexico to talk to Irma, regarding my husbands case, she was so patient, understanding and knowledgeable Thank You Armando Villegas & Associates you are a blessing in immigration cases. I would highly recommend this law firm 100%

Though I am not a client. Last year my sister-in-law hired this office to work on her immigration situation. I went there a couple of times with her and my brother. She was told there was a 60/40 chance but he would do his best. She was worried because immigration fraud is everywhere. Fast forward 1 year and she just got her residence after an immigration judge's order 3 months ago. Very happy for them and their family.

The reason why I'm given three stars is because I didn't have Jill as my paralegal initially. If I would have had Jill to begin with I would give this place 5 stars hands down. If you go here I recommend you asked for Jill to work on your case not only is she professional but she follows up with you on the status of your case goes above and beyond answering emails and phone calls and text messages well off the clock just to give you a piece of mind that everything is okay, she is courteous and polite great communication skills.  As far as working with mr. Villegas himself he was great he answered all my questions I never left there wondering what if and he is a man of his word.  The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars it's because of the first paralegal I had which was Ana. If you get this paralegal I suggest you request a new one right away or find another Law Firm she doesn't return phone calls emails doesn't follow up on the status of your case makes a lot of errors on Final documents such as putting you as a I respondent when you should be a petitioner spelling and grammar errors on Final paperwork birth dates incorrect it was just a mess she made it really a bad experience and if you want professionalism and courtesy forget about it with her.

I hired Mr. Villegas seven months ago. In those seven months he made no progress in my husbands child support case. He never returned his calls or gave him any positive results about the case. I demanded my money back after seeing no results. Once my money was returned he charged me for the most insignificant things. For example, he charged by the minute every time my husband called to check on the progress of the case. Who charges clients for calling! He also charged for the first consultation which was suppose to be "free." In the end he reduced a large amount of my money for doing no work at all. I don't recommend Armando Villegas to any other person.
