Drove for armellini for six years they used to be a great company to work for I even have them a five star rating at the Time. But the company has turned into a stepping stone company would not recommend it to an experienced driver because of their micromanaging with their cameras. It’s is a good company for a driver just starting out to get his first year of driving experience in them move on to a different company.

Worst management worked very hard two years straight helped put armellini back on the map after a decline in production when I first started helped train over 50 people that already says a lot , loaded perfectly trucks with cubes well over 3000 I’m a young buck but sure as hell had a back that felt like an 80 year old man join an automotive industry you’ll be better off they will treat you like family not this crazy warehouse

Day one going there, I have got only positive interactions with everyone there. So far they make me feel like they are thinking about there employees

Don’t drive for Armelini express if you wanna risk your life. You doing OTR plus unloading the truck you never sleep they running a illegal operation be careful when it comes to this job. The truck is bad loaded the warehouse people don’t care

I'm a driver and was given time to board up my place, evacuate my family and myself from Hurricane Irma, etc. Then I was even given time to get back, take the boards down after power returned, and insure my family was ready for me to go before I left on this load. Many thanks to Carlos for his patience working with me on that. Oh, and to Payroll for being able to cash out my other week of vacation during such a crazy time. Zero complaints and many thanks. In my experience, everyone here has been pretty friendly, quick to resolve issues, and honest.

I love this place for a few reasons they are great company to work for and as we know flowers are actually women best friends, last but not least they treat you with dignity and respect.

Outside of owning my own company, Armellini is the best company I have worked for in my 50 years in transportation. Eddie Cox, didpatcher, and Everette Coburn, my recruiter, stand out as first class people. The company responds to questions and has real concerns for employee issues.
