There were several empty shelves. Prices were hit and miss. Some prices were outrageous. 10pack of Peep flavored Pepsi 7,5 ounce cans was over $11 ? I did purchase a bottle of Irish Cream for about $10. Plenty of parking. Staff member very friendly and attentive. Very professional. Shelves were being stocked as I was shopping. I would return

Good place they have changed they just not as personable as they used to be the new owners really don't have customer service the way they used to. On the good side they have several things that they didn't have before and retained the stuff that restaurant and food truck hot dog cart owners need. I still go there but not as much as I used to
If you want to feel what it's like to feel like you're about to witness a clerk get thier head blown off with a shotgun in a robbery stop in! It's a decent little store with some great deals! I like it but it is sketchy.

Armstrong's has been my choice for groceries and household/business cleaning supplies for years! Not only are their prices competitive, they have a caring staff who is always willing to help their customers. They've been pleasing customers for many years now and that is a result of how they treat their patrons. Great folks! I would recommend this fine grocery store to anyone in the New Bern area!
They don't wear masks or attempt to distance. That was disappointing because we have always liked shopping there for low prices. Looks like a long time until we can ever return.
