I've been doing my research to buy Omega Seasmaster 300M Yes the James Bond Watch from over a year, I couldn't able to make a decision whether to buy onlineJomashop, Amazon, etcor authorized dealer or from a boutique. Buying from each of these places have their own Pro's and Cons so finally I've decided that I will buy from an authorized dealer. Its then, I called Armstrong to find out the details about the watch, warranty, Service & Care required after the watch purchase. Al explained me in very detail about Omega watch history, Co-Axial movement, warranty and other things that I should know before I buy, I can honestly say that Al is the best person in the watch industry who knows in and out about luxury watches. Al treated me with respect and he listened very carefully about what I want. Next day I went to the store, paid the money by CC and pick the watch, I was in and out under 20 min. I will definitely buy more watches in the future from him. Thank you Al for your great service.

Talk about a person who knows his product!! There isn't a person alive that lives, breathes, and eats luxury timepieces like Al Armstrong. For three decades I've purchased many watches from Armstrong Rockwell - AP's, Blancpain, Rolex, IWC, and a couple formerly-loved pieces like a Panerai. I love that they're a boutique store. Nothing mainstream about it, or the owner Al. You shop at Armstrong because you want the best time pieces in the world. And no one knows them better than Al. He has a saying that mirrors how I feel - "I like my stuff tweaked." Amen to that.

I had the pleasure of working with Al and Lucian on my most recent watch purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for fine jewelry or a quality timepiece. I can't overemphasize what a pleasure it is to work with them. They are friendly, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and can deliver in ways that others can't. They can compete with anyone on both access to hard-to-find pieces and price. This was a special purchase for me, and both Al and Lucian were a big part of that. I had the pleasure of working with Alexis who is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds as well as watches. I am not typically an advocate of doing business with friends, however, when deciding on an engagement ring you have to work with someone you can trust. We sourced the diamond separately and then built a custom shank around it during about a 6 month process. Alexis and team were patient and had our best interest in mind. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the amount of effort from Alexis - which was consistent for 6 months. Her approach to educate her customer resulted in easy and clear decisions when customizing the ring. Alexis went above and beyond and helped mold a vision into a real tangible custom ring. The Armstrong Rockwell team had the shank built custom by their CAD designer in NYC to help complete the vision. These are professionals with a professional network. The result, flawless. Doing business with trustworthy friends always makes doing business a pleasure. Not to mention, Alexis and Al are diamond savants so I can't think of a better place to fulfill your jewelry needs. I can't wait to start shopping for some watches with this team next!!

Love the new location, very bright and open, Al and his staff are second to none. One of the best and most trustworthy watch dealers in the country. It's great to still see customer service in this day of the quick sales/ internet. Yes the Route 84 traffic on a Friday stinks but for me the hour and a half drive is worth it. A real joy to have this business in the state.

Not sure how anyone could have anything but praise and appreciation for this literal and figurative Hartford gem. Their stunning jewelry inventory is displayed with the kind of attention other jewelry stores could learn from: There is neither too much, nor too little, so it is easy to give your selection due consideration. And the family that runs it is accommodating and friendly, while still maintaining appropriate professional decorum. I highly recommend them!
