This is a great office with staff who love what they do and enjoy being at work. Always a positive happy vibe every time I go, unlike my previous orthodontist practice. You visit the ortho monthly, so having a nice place to come to is important. Always cute theming each month and warm chocolate chip cookies on the way out the door!!Loved seeing the office decorated for March madness with everyone wearing their jerseys and games playing in the TV. Dr. Arnold was thorough, kind, and helped me achieve a perfect smile. They even hand out the CUTEST caramel apples the day you get braces off!
They’re super friendly and everything runs very efficiently. The doctors are all really good at what they do and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. They always have some kind of theme going on in the office that makes it fun and not just a boring medical office. It’s always a positive experience when we come and we’re really pleased with the job they’re doing to straighten our daughter’s teeth.
This is the best orthodontic office ever! We love Dr Arnold’s approach to minimize the time our kids are in braces. He has finished all of their braces before high school! The office is so organized and friendly! Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone is at smile perfect! They are a little more expensive than one my other kids went to, but it was worth it!! Dr. Arnold is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is very supportive of his patients and he offers lots of fun incentives. I have had a son and daughter go here. My daughter has a lot of physical sensitivity and fear, but the assistants especially Danielle and Eliza have the patience of saints. They are calm, positive, accommodating above and beyond! We have had a great experience!
Dr. Arnold and his staff went out of their way to make sure my son felt secure and comfortable during his visits. He has high functioning autism and this staff created a wonderful environment for him each time we were there. We have been through the 2 phase process with him and his braces came off TODAY. They made an anxiety-filled moment into something much smaller than imagined thank you, Eliza!. Smile Perfect really is a beautiful, clean, and inclusive office with incredible staff from the welcoming reception desk to the warm and smiling assistants. The best orthodontist! Dr. Arnold worked on my teeth as a teenager and then again as an adult after my jaw grew later in life. The whole staff is professional, personable and fun. If my kids need braces I have no reason to even look elsewhere, even if I have to drive extra. You'll feel like part of the family if you come here. Definitely not just another orthodontist!
Dr. Arnold understood what I wanted and gave me his honest opinion with the options I had. Invisaline or traditional braces ultimately I went with traditional braces and I'm so happy with the results thus far! I can't wait to see my beautiful smile when we're done. The staff listens to my every concern and are SO great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone interested. I already have My son will be in braces later this year by Smile Perfect and a friend of mine put her son in braces from here as well. They work with you and your billing schedule as well. They've made it so easy to feel very confident with my choice in orthodontists!
Our family has had a great experience with Dr. Steven Arnold. He is the best Orthodontist we could have ever found. He educates you every step of the way and works with your financial needs too. His staff is so genuinely nice and so expertly trained. The whole office atmosphere couldn't be better and of course the results were perfect. Thank you Dr. Arnold and Staff!
My 3 kids that have seen Dr Arnold. Every visit has been great. Staff members are so helpful, kind, great at what they do. Dr Arnold has a great way of helping you understand everything that is going on with your kids treatment.
Awesome experience! Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Everyone is happy to be there. Dr. Arnold is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about the quality of his work. He is very friendly. I feel very comfortable every time I go in for an adjustment. I highly recommend SmilePerfect to anyone you won't regret it!
