I love this pharmacy! The staff act like the owners. Customer service is 5 Star. The pharmacists I have interacted with very informative. Post surgery they suggested home delivery of my needed drugs at no extra cost to me. The delivery person way very thoughtful. The multilingual staff a huge plus for the area. I am so happy to say this is now my pharmacy.

So happy to have found this local pharmacy! Jill and her team are helpful, accommodating and so conveniently located near the old Cuginos restaurant! This is just what Farmington needed! Later CVS!

Have bern dealing with Arrow since 2016. They make it a point to have your items ready when you arrive. Great counter staff and the pharmacists will provide time to answer your questions.

This pharmacy provides me services I can't find at other pharmacies. They package my meds for me because I often forget to take them and get confused with all the bottles. They also deliver them to my home at no charge....When I needed a nebulizer machine for my breathing they were also able to bill my insurance and provide it to me as well as my walker! I am very happy with this pharmacy and the staff and delivery drivers are very helpful!!!

This pharmacy has been pretty good to me. They always drop my meds off. They also reminded me of my 2nd insurance that was available to help cover anything. Much better then CVS on Blue hills ave !! Thank you for being so consistent with my medicine and delivering.

I got a pair of compression stockings here and the employees were so nice. Diana and Jasmin were so helpful they made me feel comfortable as they measured me and really explained everything to me. The wait was fast I think I waited about 5 mins before they called me up. One of the best services I’ve got thank you for making me feel at home. One of the best pharmacies I’ve been to hands down!!

I received a J&J vaccine here today, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I called yesterday and Porsche I hope I got that right on the phone took my information and said she would get back to me; and she did a few hours later! I was really interested in getting the one dose J&J vaccine as I'm looking to be fully vaccinated for a trip next month and every person I came in contact with was kind and helpful. I drove 50 miles to come to Hartford and it was totally worth it. This feels like a family pharmacy. Like the ones I used to remember before CVS/Walgreens took everything over. I saw multiple mobility challenged people getting extra help/care, and it was obvious this is a norm for the staff and they enjoyed the customer interaction. I observed easily 8-10 employees and they all seemed happy and truly on task. The vaccine was painless administered by Ed, the procedures were handled perfectly, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes total. Thank you Arrow Pharmacy, and I hope establishments like yours will be around forever.

Wonderful customer service.... transferred from horrible Walgreens with the help of Diana And Franchescawho are kind and very helpful. I was able to get my medications in a timely fashion on the same day. They didn’t give me a run around on my medications and what they didn’t have I was able to get the next day. Thank you Arrow!

Horrible. Staff is rude if you got a question. Many of your meds will not be in stock. If your smart choose another pharmacy. Trust.

This place has the most rude and inconsiderate employees. My doctor sent me a prescription here . this isn’t my pharmacy I called And was on hold for a while, when they finally answered the phone I asked If they received the prescription , she says no we don’t have any thing for you here . As I was Trying to give her my doctors information to see if they can help she yells “we have nothing here for you “, And hangs up in my face . I will Never recommend this hoax of a pharmacy . Absolutely disgusted.
