What a nice small park. I was amazed by the amount of people that had showed up during my visit, turf field, jungle gym, basketball court and restrooms available. Parking was plenty.
This review is for the nearby Dog Park. Good space with metal benches and large rocks. No separate area for small dogs and the surface is all pebbles which my pooch dealt with okay but trotted with an awkward gate. If you have a larger dog and pebbles work for them then this park definitely gets a 5.
I went to see a concert at this park. The group was the Voices of Classic Soul. The group was excellent and brought back many pleasurable musical memories. The park made my experience even more wonderful. This was my first time visiting the park. I was immediately impressed with the concert area because it has a covering similar to astroturf. Since you were not sitting in grass, you didn't have to worry about being bitten by insects. I'm assuming the park was treated for insects because I didn't receive any bites. The refreshments and restrooms were nearby. I would only recommend to the park service to clean the restrooms more often.
This public Soccer field is super beautiful with lights for late evening games but it is much more than a soccer filed. It has a field surrounding track for jogging & walking. It has small & beautiful babies/kids parks. It has 3-4 long tennis courts. The elevated boundary on one side gives beautiful place to watch or record games. There are occasional small music concerts organized here too. I think the only little negative part is limited parking space but luckily I always found spot whenever I visited.
Attended the Nada Surf concert, which was awesome. Posting a bunch of pics because I couldn’t find much info about the setup, what it looked like, etc. Anyway, you can bring a blanket, chairs, food, I guess whatever you’d normally bring to a park, or Wolf Trap. Didn’t really know any of this except for the chair beforehand. I had read parking reviews, which sounded bad, but ended up working out ok, satellite parking was a five minute walk. We arrived thirty minutes before the show start time 7:30, which actually started around 7:40ish and went to 9:20ish. There was a wine vendor, but didn’t see any concessions to get water. Not really anything negative to say, and would definitely go back.
Beautiful facility for soccer games and turf fields. Parking was somewhat limited for soccer games. I saw an hawk flying above the field.
Perfect and busy Tennis court near by Village Center at Dulles.
Such a quality field. People play pick up and have events at the tables. It's in a nice neighborhood, and kids come and play there all the time. There's also lights if people want to play at night
Nice turf, great for running on weekdays, kicking ball, large practice area, b-ball and 2 Tennis Courts, playground! Rocky dog play area too.
Beautiful park. Very nice soccer field and pavilion, with tennis courts and a kids play ground. Nearby dog park as well. Lots of parking nearby.
