The unpredictable post office I've been coming here for years and each time is a gamble. Sometimes the lines are long ,Sometimes short. This place could be understaffed too. the wait could be very long. Overall its ok. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account***
Go here once or twice a week. always use the self service kiosk which is perfect…. the drop off box is normally opened 24/7 except for sundays but i was just there yesterday at 5:30pm and they were locked… not sure when they changed the hours on the indoor drop boxes
I can’t say enough for the employees at this Post Office. The employees went above & beyond to help locate my express package! They were all so kind and considerate. Thank you Gary, John & two ladies and gentleman on Friday morning for your assistance! I greatly appreciated it!!! Sue McKinney
Long lines but they get people through quick. Everyone is super nice and helpful this location. Easy in and out the way they have the parking lot set up. Also their drop off boxes are big enough to hold a box 1x1x1 feet. Definitely glad I found this location as it's also an easy on and off to the freeway
I had to take care of USPS business from out-of-town. I was in the area and stopped in at the Arrowhead PO in Glendale - big mistake! They would not do what I needed, in fact, the worker Cedric, was fairly incompetent! I drove to another post office and was able to get my business taken care of, without any issue. Bypass the Arrowhead Post Office!!
This is the best post office I've ever been to! They are so nice and the lines are never long
I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she was the best. Super helpful and sweet. Helped me track down my package that was about to be RTS for no reason and went and found it in the back. 10/10 she needs a raise or 2.
I wish i can go e this place zero stars, i wen their due to my package being over large and i was fine with that, i got their and was told that they could not find my package, and to leave my phone number i then went out and decided to go to a different desk and the guy who was kind went back to take a look and brought out the box my package was in it was very light thats cause my item that i spent $50 for was not their i talked to the supervisor and was told to file a claim ITS NOT EASY TO FILE ONE WITH A COMPANY WHO DOESNT CONTACT YOU, im extremely upset cause i sold to items for it, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY LOSE AND STEAL YOUR ITEMS.
I received a package in the mail where they put a key in your box to get parcel. I put the key and the darn thing won't open so I went to post office and they told me that they are busy dealing with the drivers and that I would have to wait for a supervisor in the parking lot. I asked how long it would take and they said because they are closed now and dealing with drivers it could be a long wait. All I need is for someone to go to mailbox which is 4 minutes drive and open their malfunctioning box. It is Saturday and my stuff could get stolen.
They are just the worst. Always deliver my package to the wrong person and sometimes just said that my package is oversized and left a pickup note in the wrong mailbox.
