Horrible place! I am someone that doesnt write bad reviews but this place really was terrible. Dr diaz doesnt seem to pay attention, listen or care, she doesnt even seem to know what shes doing or saying. Very rude and humiliates you. Im so glad i changed doctors because a doctor shouldnt make me feel uncomfortable or feel like im not cared for. Some of the staff are also rude, the medical assistant guy will make up your vital signs to make you seem like your doing normally fine when the doctor comes in. I have felt so humiliated and uncared for like if nothing i said was important. Very disappointed.
Love this hospital. The doctor is super friendly and everything had done fast.
I need care and medicine for my back and would not help Made an appointment yeaterday for August which was the earliest they could see me then today got a call dr wont be in the day of appointment
All 3 of my kids and I have been coming here for years. In the beginning, the quality of Doctors they hired was nice but in the last few years, it's all most like these doctors are speaking from a script. It is all the same no matter what you are going in for. It's either " dehydration or menstrual". I have come to expect that from the Male Doctors they have hired in the last couple of years but this last time was a female Doctor who assumed without asking questions. It's like she was guessing things like how much water my daughter was drinking without asking to make sure. Then she made guesses about how heavy my daughter's menstrual is and on what days. It would not have been hard to even ask first before jumping to that conclusion. They are teaching med students to talk like this while making rude comments about the patients while still in the room with them. The future Doctors they are training are being taught to blame your menstrual for serious conditions. If you are there for daily headaches "you need to drink more water", you passed out 3 times in a week "you need more water". You have uncontrollable movements "your menstrual is too heavy". I was trying not to change Doctor offices but they have not even given me a choice. They are going to kill someone with the way they ignore serious symptoms. They are literally a broken record no matter what doctor you see. Sad really. It was one of the best clines I've been to that's why I stayed for so long but now I cringe at the thought of even making an appointment there. I dread going. I don't know what happened for this dramatic change.
Doctors I've seen are usually pretty great, not sure why but this place is impossible to call though. Always "busy". Pray they call you when you have questions regarding anything because they aint picking up your call
I had came in for some blood work done in early May. With other medical facilities, they would call me within 2-3 days when the work was completed, however.. I waited 3 weeks for them to call, so after many failed attempts, I finally got ahold of them. The receiver then says they'll notify me of my results within 2-3 business days. 3 days later, I call again and they tell me I HAVE to come in to either see a doctor or get a printed sheet of my lab results. The absolute worst service, communication, practice; I can't wait to change providers.
This is a relatively newer location, but I have been coming to this clinic for years. This new building is so much nicer and cleaner and much larger then the last. The ladies in reception are always friendly and work as quickly as possible. I have one Dr i have seen for many years Amy Vercio and I just love her! She has great bedside manor and is extremely knowledgeable. I have seen a handful of other Dr's or NP's in times of her absence and I have never been disappointed or uncomfortable. As long as I live within driving distance I will continue to use this clinic for my primary medical needs.
I waited for more than an hour yesterday morning while watching numerous people check-in after me and get called back. I even saw about four people check-in, get seen and leave all while arriving after me! I was there early and checked in, which if you arn't they threaten to not see you. In return, my appointment time was not respected at all! I was waiting in the waiting room with two little kids for more than an hour. I went up to the desk an additional two times to make sure I was even checked in, because it felt like I actually wasn't. Then a third to say I had to leave. Literally everyone who came in after me got called back. Here's the kicker.. the waiting room was virtually empty, so it wasn't hard to keep track. The excuse they gave me was the Dr was stuck with one patient?! Umm no.. in any profession you respect all your patients scheduled appointment time. If one patient is demanding more time the Dr then should see their scheduled appointments then return to that patient, each Dr can't just have one exam room. Or the Dr would reschedule the needy patient for a return visit. Not even a good excuse. Also, I live 40 minutes away so its not the easiest trip to make, such a disappointing, frustrating experience.

Be prepared to wait way past your scheduled appointment time 1hr. 45 mins+, while people who arrived later get in before you. I got up and left after 1 hour. I am a busy person, I have no time to wait for all that and I am not an impatient person by any stretch. I quit going here for that reason alone, opting to go to a "private" woman's health clinic instead as they get you in "quickly". The "service" the "county" puts forth is decent at best, "abysmal" at worst. Frequently leaving much to be desired. Luckily, I found another "private" clinic just down the street from my residence that "specializes" in just adult care . It "doesn't" suck so much. Anything "public" is always "mediocre" it seems. I'd hate to "live" in "USSR".
