Arroyo Grande Village Flower Shop

Worst florist ever. My mother ordered a flower arrangement for my father’s funeral. My mom asked for white roses and there was not a single rose in it. She up charged us 250 dollars for carnations, chrysanthemums and a single lily. When I went back to ask them to fix the situation the florist told me to take the arrangement off my dead dads grave so she can add roses. How about refund me for the roses you didn’t put on my arrangement. Totally ruined our service and wasn’t even apologetic for it. Being a local and living in the area for 30 years I thought I would support a local business guess next time I’ll order off line like my original plan.

I received wonderful service and I am very happy! Called for an orchid for a birthday gift and Valerie was so nice and helpful. I live close by so I drove over and picked up the plant. It was waiting for me, ready to go, and the two ladies, one of whom I spoke with on the phone were so nice. It was a lovely store too! I will definitely come in again. And, my sister loved the flowers! :

This shop is not good at all we were getting white flowers for a wedding my mom and brothers and sisters got so mad because the flowers were not fresh not white enough were like a yellowish color and they were also $50. Their dog is friendly but they should try to make the flowers prettier and fresher. Most likely go to a Mexican flower shop bc their prices will be low and when you describe the flowers you will get what you were ask asking for. Only go if you have the money for it and if you don’t want good enough flowers

This is a cute shop in the Village, it is owned by the same person that owns one down the street but I heard she lost her lease and will be gone by end of December. I have been to the other shop which is a bit dated and stuck in "country". This shop is a bit cuter but the service and staff at both need to go back to customer service school. The flowers are fresh but the "designs" are no better than the supermarket.

These people let go a fine worker whom has been working there for a VERY long time. It has gone under multiple owners in the time she has worked there and has always been an asset. She held the whole thing together and the new boss decided to just let her go. Please do not go here under any circumstances. Let them know that they did wrong.

I have ordered flowers from this shop many times, and the people are always so helpful and their arrangements are beautiful.
