David Arst has an “A” rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He is a highly respected member of the Kansas and Wichita Bars and is often called upon to advise attorneys in debtor/creditor rights including writing and presenting CLE programs. He has been a Judge, an Assistant County Counselor, and served as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in Kansas for over sixteen years. He is a the recipient of the Wichita Bar Association’s Howard C. Kline Award voted on by Wichita Bar Association attorneys and awarded to members who through the years of their practice have exemplified integrity, professionalism and service to the Bar.
Prior to joining Arst & Arst, P.A. Alisa Arst practiced as a Sedgwick County Assistant District Attorney and also practiced in civil defense litigation. She was a guest speaker at Harvard Law School and served as Editor of the Kansas Bar Association Law Wise Newsletter and past President of several Wichita community boards.
