Art City Pharmacy

I always have a positive experience when dealing with Art City Pharmacy. They are polite and have great conversation while ordering medications. Also that Larry is one of the most handsome Pharmacists I have ever encountered........5 stars from me for sure!

They were a lifesaver when my family came down with covid over Christmas. They were able to deliver our medication and help us heal faster! A+++

A nicely run quick shop for misc items... employees are friendly and helpful... And, they do have "squishies" stuffed animals every so often...

Peter the pharmacist is the worst person Ive ever talked to, called to ask if my wife's prescription was done, would not confirm what it was, even after giving him her date of birth and refusing to give me his managers name, do not shop here and it is no wonder why their door was smashed in maybe another customer that was disrespected and treated poorly, Its a matter of time before they go out of business as they do not care about anyone and want to talk down to people.

Art city does a great job. Very nice and personable. Incredible that in a situation that your not well fever, they will deliver. I have thought to tip driver or pay extra. Suprised there is no extra fee for this service. My son has never been without do to backorder. Also has nice store inside for gifts, decorations, vitamins and snacks & drinks.

I love that when I walk in, they light up, like they are happy to see me, and they call me by name. It makes me feel special. Dan, the pharmacist, is always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help in any way that he can. The OTC medication and many other items are priced much less than other places, and I enjoy looking through the gift shop while I am waiting the 5 or 10 minutes until my prescription is filled. I was tired of having Walmart always tell me that it would be an hour wait, every time. Art City Pharmacy knows what serving the customer is all about.

Over the years it almost seems like they become your friend, and not just some insurance number. They protect your security, and do ANYTHING they can in their power to be helpful.

This pharmacy captures what is great about the best of small town small businesses in America. They know their customers, they are friendly and interested in their customers, and they actually work hard to make sure that people get the right med at a good price and in a timely manner. In short, this place has the sort of attentive and personal service that is completely lacking in the big places that just blow through as many people as they can. Art City Pharmacy also is a drop off point for MTC delivery of care packages although not on Saturday.

Overall a great Pharmacy. Usually has a good fair price on prescriptions. Doesn't always have your prescription in stock, but they can order it and get it quick for you. Good alternative to Walgreens which is over priced. The only problem I really have with Art City Pharmacy is that there hours are horrible and not very convenient for working folks.

Tried to fill my Rx and asked what the cash price would be, but was told “Sorry we won’t fill this for you because some of our customers with insurance might need a refill soon and we don’t want to run out.”
