I have used Floral Art many times over the years and have been blown away by their service, creativity and dedication to detail. You name it, Ian Whipple and his wonderful staff can make it. They are so knowledgeable and have taught me so much over the years. Ian held a private event for for my daughter to build terrariums with her friends and I was blown away. He closed the store for 2 hours and he and his staff taught them everything. It was amazing and the kids walked away with so much information and amazing products. Ian's kindness, patience and professionalism as well as his staffs' astounded me. His love of plants, flowers, and animals is what makes him so special. He has the cutest tiny dogs and a new bird that all love to visit while in his uniquely amazing space. As anyone who lives locally in Jackson knows, staffing is a huge problem and we all know to be patient with businesses as finding help is a struggle. Ian kindly made this happen for us during this shortage and we will never forget it. I recommend Floral Art 100%!!!
Ian was amazing! We had such a lovely time visiting with him as he literally created our centerpiece. Highly recommend for unique and modern floral arrangements.
They were very accommodating and saved us last minute! The bouquet was amazing. I just picked out two flowers and they did magic adding other flowers and leaves. We loved it soo much!
I went in looking for flowers to finish a wedding cake with I am a local baker. the employee who helped me was very friendly, but didn't know the names of any of the flowers and had to keep going to the back to ask the owner/manager/boss about prices. He was very unfriendly. Their prices are absurd. He wanted $14/stem for calla lilies. They were still in the original packaging at $35 for 8 or 10 stems. way overpriced, and overall unfriendly
Let me just start off by saying that I would recommend floral art to anyone!! This review is for services for a wedding they provided flowers for, but I have bought flowers and gotten advice on the care of plants from here as well. My wife knew exactly the colors that we wanted and they have an easy to use form to let them know all the information they need. the communication was speedy and professional, and after we got the original quote with flower types and everything we wanted a few changes, and they were more than happy to accommodate! They offer delivery but I picked them up the morning of the wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! Every bouquet and boutonniere was perfect!
He really saved us. Due to poor planning on my end I called the morning of our wedding to get a bouquet. He wasn’t supposed to open until 10:30 but he kindly agreed to come in an hour and a half early to help us out. He put together a beautiful bouquet that was the star of our wedding photos. Thanks!
The owners are extremely rude and make your shopping experience ten times more stressful than it needs to be- the hours are completely inconsistent and when they’re meant to be open, they’re actually closed even though the door is open and other people are inside shopping. I understand if they’re trying to market themselves to be a more high end plant and florist store, but with how messy the space is paired with the unprofessional owner running around loudly exclaiming to lock the doors so people stop coming in, it certainly isn’t contributing positively towards that goal. They also have their pets freely roaming in the tightly packed store, which makes it easy to accidentally step on them, trip, or let them outside the front entrance whenever you try to come inside. I love visiting new plant stores whenever I travel but this has to be the WORST I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Save your money and time, and visit one of the other florists in town, or order online from a florist/plant website.

What a delight to work with this wonderful establishment!! Jennifer replied to my contact email; which I sent as I'm on the East Coast, so time differences were a factor, and - based on my sparse guidance - helped create the most AMAZING arrangement for my sister's Golden birthday!! They even went the extra mile to find her at my nephew's sporting event and delivered just before they went home themselves. This business is a true gift to Jackson Hole and all its residents!! Many, many thanks to Jennifer and the talented floral artisans!
THE place in Jackson for flower arrangements! Ian and his crew are spot on EVERY time, I am never disappointed and my wife is always happy. plus her coworkers are super jealous! I've gotten flowers from him for every occasion, I've bought stems and live potted plants, succulents, cacti; you name it, they've got it. Total professionals whether I come in or place an order over the phone. You get what you pay for here. Try them, you won't be let down! Isn't your wife, girlfriend, partner worth it?
