The Art Guild of Pacifica (AGP) Facebook page is designed to serve a community that shares a love of art. To that end, the AGP reserves the right to remove any content that may deem malicious, offensive, explicit, vulgar or inappropriate. These may include, amongst others, posts that:
(1) are libelous, profane, defamatory, disparaging, hateful, harassing, threatening, or obscene; (2) violate another’s copyright or intellectual property; (3) condones or promotes illegal activity; (4) are fraudulent, deceptive or misleading; (5) are sexual or offensive, graphically or in tone; (6) contain spam or are intended to cause technical disruptions to this page; (7) include links to outside sources; (8) are off topic; (9) are political in nature; or (10) violate any local, state, federal, and/or international laws or regulations.
All items posted by the general public on this wall become the general property of the AGP and its owners. By submitting a comment, photo, video or other content to the page, a fan grants the AGP and its owners an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual license and right to publish, use, edit, adapt, modify and/or publicly perform the item therein in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide now known or hereinafter developed, without limitation and without notice or consideration.
